that one weird moment at the dinner table

So i was eating dinner w/ the fam, when my mom asked me, "Are there any kids who pick on you?"

I said, "nah. But there's this one kid in school named AJ, he's always trying to insult me but he has reeeeaaally terrible insults and comebacks, and--"

"He probably likes you."

I wAS ABOUT TO STAND UP AND LEAVE JUST BECAUSE SHE SAID THAT

SHE ALREADY KNOWS I GOTTA GIRL RN (NOT DATING HER BUT STILL)

SAYING THAT TO MY FACE IS LIKE SAYING "HEY YOU SHOULD BE STRAIGHT LOL STOP BEING GAY"

SO AS SHE'S SAYING IT I AM LOOKING MY STEP FATHER STRAIGHT IN THE EYE BECAUSE HE HAD THE WORST REACTION TO ME BEING GAY

AND IM BASICALLY SAYING TO HIM "hey u hear that"
"she made me seem straight"
"so that u dont yell at everyone again :333333333"
