Similar to the part I wrote about unprofessional time skips when LOL RAWR XD is apparently a really enticing mechanism and a total reader magnet, unprofessional and unfitting dialogue also makes me want to scream when I read a Warriors FanFic.

You'll either have a kit who, when asked, can recite the entire warrior cat back to front in such perfectly wonderful English that it's almost indecipherable. And on the other end, some kits tend to be really whiny and irritating. Most kits in the original books refer to their parents as mother and father, or by their actual name. They don't scream "MOM!" every time someone calls them a Mary-Sue, and they don't sass one another like "well MOM says you're a little mouse so eat my tail, loser!" 

they do not do that. that also makes your character really unlikable

Sometimes when characters are having a conversation, I feel like I'm watching some terrible animated TV show that's aimed to be super hip and relevant but just... isn't. You'll have friends talking and they'll be like:

"Oh my STARCLAN did you SEE what Orangefurpaw was wearing on fur like ohemgee so hawt amirite?"

and the other one'll be like:

"ohmystarclan YASS" (i'll give you a moment if you need to be sick)
