Since Christmas was only a week away now , I would have to start getting gifts and everything done. Since Cameron was in school and Alana was with Deahna, it made it easier to buy their gifts. I decided that I would buy Ray something

I was walking to the mens area when I bumped into someone

Me- Im sorry

I looked up and saw a gorgeous man , around my age he had a few tattoos and a white perfect smile

Me- Im Imani

??- nice meeting you Imani , Im Darren

Me- sorry again

Dar- its fine

I started to walk away when I heard him call my name

Dar- I know we just met but I would love to have your number to get to know you

Me- sure

We exachanged our numbers and paid for my things and left

That felt like Deja Vu , me meeting Ray at the mall , me walking away for him to come back up to me and ask for my number

I just hope that if we do get serious he wont hurt me

I finished shopping in time to go get Alana from Deahnas

Me- hey baby , you have fun ?

Lana- yeah mama look what I draw

Me- aww baby thats pretty , I'll hang it right up on the fridge when we get home

We got in the car and drove out to McDonalds , I decided that I'll get Cameron something also

When I got home Prod  was just pulling up with Cameron 

Me- hey baby how was school

Cam- good we are finally off for Christmas break

Me- that's good so about that report card

He handed me his report card and I looked over it

Me- a/b honor roll that's good someone getting $10

I walked in the house as Camerom ran upstairs to his room as he went to go get his little piggy bank.

Me- here , now you make sure you save up ok

Me- now go do your homework and here your food

*A week later*

I was home watching TV in the living room and when I receive a text from Darren. We have been talking for a week now

Bae- Hey cutie what you up too

me- nothing much , just at the house watching tv what about you

Bae- nothing I was trying to see if I could come through

me- ok

He leaned down and gave me a quick peck on the lips

He lifted me up and ran towards my room

He set me down and climbed on top of me and started giving me small kisses on my neck

Dar- I see you enjoy it

He gave me a soft kiss and got off me as sat next to me on the bed

Me- want to watch a movie before I have to get the kids

Dar- sure babe

we watched tv til it was time to go get the kids.

Me- I need to get the kids

Dar- no I'll go get them .. you stay here

He lefted out the house and got in his car

I decided I would cook steak tonight since I havent cooked it in a long time

I was fixing the pan when the doorbell .. I went to the door and answered to a Ray

Me- yes Ray

Ray- hey I just came to see the kids

Me- well a friend just went to go get them from Jasmines , you can stick around and wait til they get home

He nodded his head and went and sat in the living room

Ray- so how you been ?

Me- good .. how you and Bria

Ray- good

Me- you do know that I still think that baby isn't yours right ?

Ray- Imani come on now I didn't come here to argue

I turned around and finished preparing the steak and put it in the oven when I felt a pressence next to me

Ray- yeah I need to know what man is around my kids I dont just want anyone around them

Ray- Bria is not a hoe , you just fucking jealous that I rather be with her instead of yo ass

I rolled my eyes as the door opened

Dar- babe where back

I walked into the foyer with Ray right behind me

Ray- Darren ... Imani you messing with a nigga from another set

Dar- Rayan .. long time no see

Ray- wtf Imani

Me- how was I suppose to know he was in a rival gang when he didnt even tell me

Dar- the Gunster gang and the Kings gang had been rivals for over 20years ...

Ray- our dads hated each other ... which is funny because as they was growing up

Dar- they was best friends

Ray- but his dad decided to fuck my mom

Dar- and his mom got pregnant

Dar- which turned out to be my dads son

Ray- and they took they rivalry to the grave

They just looked at each other with digust

Ray- I cant believe that you fucked with this nigga out of all the other niggas in the city why him

Ray- did you not see the tattoo on his arm

Me- no because I dont pay attention to that

Dar-seems the apple doesnt fall far from the tree ... we did the same thing our dads did

Me- dont have Bria around my fucking baby

I walked off pissed at the fact that he think he fucking runs me

Moments later Darren comes in

Dar- hey babe you ok

Me- yeah Im fine ... why didnt you tell me

Dar- Im sorry I was gonna tell you

Me- its fine he was just over reacting

He got in bed with me and cuddled along side with me

I just fell asleep in his arms

* Christmas Eve *

Cam- mom can I open this one tonight please

Me- sure baby

He took the present and sat down

Ray- ok I hope you like it it's from me and mommy

He nodded and smile as he opened it

It was a spider man set with a mask and a little glove that shots out fake webs

Cam- thanks mom

He hugged me and then hugged Ray

Me- ok now its time to go to sleep so Santa can come

the kids rushed up to their rooms and closed the doors

Ray- I'll help you with bringing the presents down then leave

Me- ok

We went down into the basement and gather the presents and started putting it under the tree

* 30 mins later *

Me- thanks

Ray- welcome I'll just get going

I nodded and smile as he walked out the door

Me- bye

Ray- I'll be back at 6

Me- ok the kids wont be up til 7:30

Ray- alright Love you

Me- Rayan

Ray- what its just a friendly love you

Me- love you to

I closed the door and went upstairs for my winters nap

Ray POV

I lefted Mani house just thinking

I miss Imani , I really do yeah I know I cheated on her but I love her and I know your thinking "well Ray it's too late she has someone"

Y'all dont know this but ... Darren in the gunsters and the gunsters are trying to kill the girls .... that's why I blanked out on her ... I didn't want her to get hurt

I love Imani with all my heart ..

I pulled up to my house to see an unfamiliar car in my driveway

I parked my car and went inside

Bri- look we have to keep it a secret it's your baby , but I dont want to lose Ray to that dumb hoe Imani

??- you have to tell him its mine Bria ... Im not bout to sit here and see another man raise my child

Bria- Lo I will just give me some time

Lo- ok

When I heard that I was pissed the fuck off ... I just walk into the room to see Bria shocked expression

Bri- Ray your home early

Me- so it was true

I walked out the room and upstairs to start getting my things with her behind me

Bri- Ray what are you doing

Me- Im fucking leaving that's what Im doing

Bri- Ray please dont go

I stayed silent while and just looked at her

Me- because of you ... I have to fight for what I love

I took my things and put it in my car

Bri- Ray please baby I love you

Ray- but I don't

Bri- fuck you Ray ... Have that fucking hoe

Ray- if anyone's a hoe then it's you ... And I expect you out of this house when I come back tomorrow

I drove off with her looking stupid ... Then I just let a couple tears fall

When I cry it's serious ... If I cry over something like this I'm hurt ... I really loved Imani and I just pray to god that she takes be back
