Jade's POV

"Three weeks!" Aria threw her hands in the air in frustration. I was currently sitting down for another lecture all because of Ben. I'm assuming that he's Leon's friend and another player...wonderful, just –wonderful. Sigh.

I nibbled on my chocolate while watching Aria pace in front of me.

"It took you three weeks to get the attention of both Leon and Ben! I can't believe it – I just can't. Now they're gunna want to get in your pants which means they will go to extreme methods to do it." Aria gasped and paused in her pacing.

"That means they are going to come after me to get information about you!" she pointed a finger in my face. Moving my head away so she doesn't poke an eye out, I continued to watch her have a mental breakdown.

"That can't happen! I can't talk to Leon after he-he-" Aria stopped only to hyperventilate. She started to fan her red face and gasp for air.

"I-I-I" she stuttered.

Rolling my eyes, I got off the couch and slowly started to rub her back and started saying comforting words I saw in the movies. Hoping it would work because I don't do these situations.

"Everything is going to be ok." My voice held little emotion as my eyes travelled around the room with disinterest.

"We'll get through this together." God I hope she doesn't take that sentence seriously. I have absolutely no interest in hearing her love life break up story with Leon.

Slowly Aria started to calm down. She hiccupped so I went to the kitchen to grab a glass of water. Walking back, I gave it to her; she mumbled thanks and drank it.

I took the glass away when she was done and set on the coffee table behind me.

"Ok now?" I asked looking at her still flushed face. Aria nodded and then went to take a seat on the couch. Following her lead, I sat down next to her and turned on the TV.

Aria sighed so I knew something was on her mind. Deciding to be a good cousin for now, I twisted my head to face her.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

Aria looked at me with wide eyes, "Oh, uh nothing." She denied but I raised a brow at her. Aria shook her head with a small smile on her lips. "I hate how you do that." I just shrugged and waited for her to speak.

She took a deep breath.

"I was just wondering how you could easily-" she waved a hand while trying to find the right word.

"Ignore?" I helped her out because I could guess what she was going to say.

"Ignore! Yes! Um, how can you easily ignore Leon when he comes up to you?" Aria twisted her whole body to face me, "I mean - you're always so calm and collected! I would have been red with embarrassment if he whispered in my ear."

She was right, Aria's face was turning red and Leon wasn't even here.

She'd fallen for him hard I thought with a wince.

Looking at my cousin trying to hold in her tears, my protective instincts kicked in and at the worst possible moment – they were just showing Game of Thrones.

Promising myself to catch up on the missed episode, I turned off the TV and moved closer to Aria. Doing something completely unlike me, I wrapped my arms around Aria and pulled her in for a hug.

Aria gasped but then soon I felt the tears come down on my shoulder. Rubbing her back, I waited patiently until she calmed down.

She pulled back to wipe her eyes, "Thanks."
