I woke up to butterfly kisses on my cheek.
"Hi daddy." Emma whispered. She had a smile on her face and her hair was pulled up in a bun. I frowned as I tried to sit up.
"You put your hair up. It's cute." I smiled as I tried to bring myself around. Waking up was never easy for me. I was such a heavy sleeper and night owl.
"Mhm. But can you do it please?" She asked, cocking her head to the side. I looked up to see Teen Titans Go on.
I nodded and she jumped in front of me, giddily.
I took her hair down and grabbed her brush, brushing it 100 times before I began to braid it.
"Thank you daddy." She whispered. Leaning back into my chest.
"Can we go see the lights tomorrow?" She asked, referring to the street the hotel was on. It was lit up.
"Absolutely." I smiled. Tomorrow would be a day she wouldn't soon forget.
