"Daddy!"
I heard the blood curdling scream and there wasn't a thing I could do about it.
I pulled at the ropes binding my hands, only to wince in pain.
I watched, helplessly as the men cleaned out the place. Sick twisted smiles on their pale ugly faces.
I could see the one guy watching her in amusement as she lay there, blood staining her light hair.
She hadn't moved in awhile now.
My heart was pounding, fear striking me. I needed to know she was okay.
She had to be okay.
I took a deep breath and pulled at my wrists again, yanking hard. I got one loose, but the searing pain in my wrist stopped me from celebrating.
I had to keep calm if I was going to help her.
I saw the guy kick her limp body and anger took over. All i could see was black and red.

I felt myself calming down, my vision returning. All 4 men were collapsed on the floor, my eyes widened.
I did that? I look down at my hands. They were bloody and broken. I quickly called 911.
I had to get Emma to the hospital.
