Jennifer Jareau. Her name played over and over in your head. You knew it was dangerous to get involved with her. She was a profiler for the FBI and she was several years older than you. You were 20, still in college. She was 28, experienced in life. Something about her just drew you in though. The two of you met at a coffee shop and the rest was history. You had't come out into the open with your relationship yet, because you knew it would embarrass her. You knew she cared about you, but you also knew she thought you were a stupid kid. You were supposed to meet at her home later that night and you made up your mind. You were going to ask her why she thought you were just a stupid kid.

When the time arrived to go to JJ's house, you got into your car and quickly drove there. You stepped out and walked to her door. You knocked and waited for her to open it. As soon as she pulled the door open, you saw her bright smile and felt yourself weaken a little more.

"Hi, Y/N." She said softly, motioning for you to come in.

"Hey JJ. How was work?" You asked her as you stepped inside and closed the door.

"It was fine. How was school?" She replied, as you followed her into her bedroom.

"It was okay. A tad bit boring. I missed you." You told her.

"I missed you too." She said.

You smiled at her and sat down on her bed, she quickly followed. You laid down and she immediately cuddled into you.

"JJ, I have a question." You whispered, rubbing her back softly.

"Hmm?" She hummed.

"Why do you think I'm just a stupid kid?" You asked her.

"I don't. Why would you think that?" She replied, sitting up and looking at you.

"You treat me like I'm just some stupid kid. And I know you're older and more experienced. But I also know that you can't stop laughing at my childish jokes and moaning out my name at 2 am." You told her.

She looked down, softly bit her lip, then leaned in close before pressing her lips to yours. You responded immediately, grabbing her hips and pulling her on top of you. She pulled away slightly and looked into your eyes.

"I don't think you're a stupid kid. I care about you a lot. You're very important to me and I don't think you're just a kid. I think I have the potential to fall deeply in love with you." She whispered.

You smiled at her and pulled her in for another kiss.
