It has been 2 weeks since Lucas and I have talked and he has been calling me non stop. While I was getting ready for work, the doorbell rang.
Toni: Liyah, someone is here to see you.
Aaliyah: I'll be there in a minute. *puts on mascara and lipstick*
Toni: So, have you and Liyah talked?
Lucas: No mam, I've been calling her a lot but she won't answer.
Toni: So, about this situation, did you cheat on her?
Lucas: No, I wouldnt cheat on her. It's just that the girl that kissed me was my ex and she was trying to get Liyah jealous. My ex really wants me back, but I don't want her.
Toni: Mhm. Lucas, you want something to drink?
Lucas: No mam.
Aaliyah: Who is it- Oh. Hey...
Lucas: Hey.
Toni P.O.V.
They just stood there for a few seconds and didn't say anything.
Toni: Well, I'll be in the other room if you need me. *goes upstairs*
Aaliyah: I'm about to go to work anywys. *tries to leave*
Lucas: *stops her from leaving*
Aaliyah: Lucas, please move. I have to go to work.
Lucas: We need to talk.
Aaliyah: We can talk later.
Lucas: Liyah, this is serious.
Aaliyah: And it was serious enough for you to kiss that other girl.
Lucas: Liyah, she kissed me. How many times I have to say it? That was my ex and she just wanted to make you jealous.
Aaliyah: Well, it worked. We're going to talk later. I'm about to be late for work. *leaves*
Lucas: *sighs*
Kenny: *comes in the room* Hey Lucas. I didn't know you were here.
Lucas: I'm bout to leave anyways...
Kenny: Son, we have to talk. *sits in the chair* Come sit.
Lucas: *sits down*
Kenny: Now, I know you love my daughter.
Lucas: Yes sir.
Kenny: And I know why she's mad. She thinks you cheated but you didn't because I know you won't.
Lucas: How did you know?
Kenny: I've been through it before.
Lucas: Oh.
Kenny: So, you still want to be with her.
Lucas: Yes sir.
Kenny: Well, you need to do something special for her. Girls always love when you do things for them.
Toni: *comes downstairs* True.
Kenny: Buy her some thing. Like, some candy, flowers, clothes, etc.
Toni: And don't go buying that 1 pack of candy. Women like food.
Kenny: Toni.
Toni: What?
Kenny: Never mind. The next step is to give her a sincere apology. Don't just say sorry. You have to find that feeling deep inside you and tell her.
Toni: Look at Mr. Love doctor. Well, trying to be.
Kenny: Toni, your about to miss your appointment.
