Hospital *Amy and Ricky have been at the hospital for about 24 hours and still no sign of the baby, but Amy is definitely in labor.* Amy- UGH I just want this to be over.... *She says after a contraction.. Ricky rubs her back..* Ricky- You're doing a great job Amy.... Amy- It hurts so bad... Ricky- I know... Amy- Thank you .. Ricky- For what? Amy- Just for being here through this whole process Ricky- I wouldn't wanna be anywhere else... *They kiss* Grant High *Ethan is walking into school when he sees Kathy helping a guy study, he goes over to investigate * Ethan- Hi Kathy- Hi. *she looks at the guy and says* Busy here Ethan- Take off... (Unknown Name) Guy- What? Ethan- That's my girl (Unknown Name)Guy- Oh your the- Ethan- Father yes.. take off Guy- Okay. I'll see you tomorrow Kathy. Bye Kathy- What was that about? Ethan - We have to talk about the baby situation Kathy- We just talked about it Ethan- So i don't get to out my input in? Kathy- You said what you wanted to say! Ethan- And? Kathy- We're having the baby and unless you get an apartment that's big enough for the 3 of us, the baby and I are living at my parents house. *Ethan sighs* Ethan- Okay.... oh and by the way Amys in labor Kathy- Oh yeah, she texted me. Are you going there after school with your foster parents? Ethan- Yes, do you wanna come? Kathy- Sure. Ethan- I love you Kathy- I love you too... *They hold hands and walk into school * *blackout* *2 Hours Later* Hospital *Amy has been in labor for more than a day now and she's just at about 8 centimeters dilated.. the doctor comes in the room* Doctor- Hi Amy, how are you making out? Amy- I'm in a lot of pain... Labor didn't last this long with my first child Doctor- Well.. it appears that you have a fever of 101 and the baby isn't responding well to that *He says while checking her vital signs* Ricky- What does that mean? Doctor- It means we may have to do a emergency ce-section Amy- What? Doctor- I'm sorry, I know this isn't what you planned, but if we don't get the baby out now their could be some serious problems. I'll go get the nurses and we'll take you to the room in 5 minutes Amy- Okay *The doctor runs out the room* Amy-Mom- Anne- Everything's going to be fine Amy... Amy- Mom they're going to cut open my stomach! Anne- Amy that's the only way to get the baby out fast enough Amy- Why can't it just naturally come out Anne- Amy, your water never broke and you have a temperature! The baby could die if it gets worse or something could happen to you. They have to do this. Once the baby comes, your temperature should go down... *Amy looks at Ricky, she's so scared. Ricky takes Amys hand and kisses her forehead* Ricky- It's going to be okay Amy. *he says, although he's scared himself* *blackout* *An hour later*

*Amy and Ricky were very nervous, but the baby is doing well. The ce-section went fine, they didn't get to hold the baby right away, but when they did they were in love. Amy is doing great too! Ricky is still in shock that he saw everything from start to finish. They're both in awe of the beautiful baby. Adeline looks a lot like Ricky: she has his hair, eyes, & lips, but she has Amys nose :) John is so in love with his little sister too!* *Anne was in the room when the baby was born and saw her before Amy did, but George hasn't seen her yet. Anne goes in the hallway to get him* Anne- George she's so beautiful!!! George - I don't know if I'm ready.... Anne- Oh common George, you saw John right after he was born George- This is different, that was a boy. I don't know if I can deal with my little girl having a little girl Anne- You'll be fine George- Uhh.. Okay. *Blackout*
