chapter 5

Lucys p.o.v
  I woke up to a knock on my bedroom door. "Yes? " I said tiredly. I sat up and rubbed my eyes. "Lucy... It's rin, I think it's time to get up" Rin said. I yawned and nodded even though he couldn't see me. "Okay I'll be out in a bit" I grabbed my clothes for the day and went into the shower. After I got out and dressed, I brushed my hair and put on light makeup. Then what happened yesterday came back to me, my eyebrows furrowed 'who was that? ' I walked down to see Rin already at the table eating. I walked to the chair next to his and sat down, "did you get any sleep yesterday" I asked as I bit into my food. He nodded and grinned "yea, but not alot" I frowned "aren't you tired" He smiled "I'm not, anyway are you ready?" I nodded. "So are we going to tell them about yesterday?" I asked. He froze as he was washing our plates. "U-umm that's up to you" He said quickly "so you want to go on a mission today?" Rin asked changing the subject. We walked outside and headed towards the guild "sure, is team natsu coming along with us" He frowned "ummm natsu doesn't really like me... Maybe we can just go?" I looked at him in confusion. Why doesn't natsu like Rin? They act the same almost? I sighed "alright" He grinned "thanks Lucy! This is our first mission together isn't it!" He says excited. I giggle "it's your first guild mission ever" He nods. We enter the guild and natsu walks up to me "hey Luce! Wanna go on a mission!" He grins. "Sorry natsu, but I can't I already told rin I'll go with him" Natsu's face darkened. Unknown to me natsu glares at Rin. "But we can go next time!" I say smiling. He looks back at me and grins again. "Okay Luce!" I walk over to the bar and mira asks what I want "strawberry milkshake please!" I say happily. "Of course coming up!" I looked to my side to see Rin not there "huh?" I asked cana "did you see where Rin went?" She hiccups "yea *Hic* he went *hic* outside with *hic* natsuuu~" She slurred. I nodded. I waited a couple of minutes before I seen rin walk in with a bitter face.  "Rin!" I called out and waved my hands. He looked around and finally spotted me, he smiled and started walking over. "Sorry I took so long" He said, his smile faltered a little. I frowned "what's wrong?" I asked. He shook his head "let's go on this mission okay?" He said ignoring my question. I looked at the paper

Place: clover town
Needs at least two mages

Bandit of mages stealing rare town jewels from us! We need help! Please come as fast as you can!

Reward: 700,000 jewels and 1 celestial key

My eyes glinted, this mission seemed like it was just for me, enough for my rent and a new key! Too bad that I have to share with Rin. Wait since he is staying with me he might as well let me keep all of it! I chuckled evilly "huehuehuehue!" Rin backed away "uh Lucy are you okay?" He sweat dropped. I smiled "yup! Now let's go!" I dragged him to the train station. I kept thinking about the new key and reward money. Stars were in my eyes as I thought about it. "-cy... -ucy.. Lucy!" Rin shouted .  "Huh?" I snapped out of my daze. "You were zoning out" Rin said laughing. I then thought about yesterday again "hey rin, who do you think that person who attacked us yesterday is?" I asked. He shrugged "don't know, but if they decide to come back I'll definitely get them" He said

The train stopped at clover town and we got off. I followed Rin to the requesters house. He explained what we had to do and we left.

We easily finished off the mission and were returning home. I had the new celestial key in my hand along with the money. I grinned happily at rin "wasn't that fun!" I say and nudge him. He laughed "hell yeah! We should go on another mission someday!" He shouted cheerfully. "And the best part is that I get to actually receive all the reward money instead of using it to pay for the damages team natsu does" I said. Rin looked at me confused "wait so they usually destroy things when there on missions together?" I nodded "yea and sometimes it's so bad, we have to use all our reward money to pay for what they did" I waved my hands around dramatically to make a point. He laughed "wow, well that must be fun" He said. I looked at him in shock "how would that be fun!" I shouted. He shrugged and grinned playfully "it just would" I shook my head. "I guess.." We continued walking towards the guild. I opened the guild doors and shouted "natsu I'm back!" He came up to me running "Luce!" He smiled widely.

  He noticed rin behind me and frowned. I looked at natsu and Rin "uh is everything alright?" I ask concerned. Rin shook his head and smiled "Yea everything is great...right natsu?"he gave natsu a look. " Yea.." Natsu said seriously. "Okaayy..." I awkwardly walked away. I walked over to Mira and Sat down, resting my head on the table.

I realized I should've fully planned this book before writing it because I have nooooo ideas at all!

I'm so stuck, I have a little ideas popping up but it's mainly for the middle or end of the book.

But I need some for the beginning! If you haven't noticed, I have been putting in random events that haven't really been moving the book forward. But I have to update something.
