Holly's P.O.V
Coffee coffee I need coffee I get out of bed and make my way to the kitchen flicking on coffee maker I grab a cup off the draining board grabbing a bowl out of the cupboard I get myself some cereal, making my coffee I sit at the table and eat my breakfast. Back in the bedroom Marty is snoring I smile and grab some clothes, I have a shower using my vanilla body wash. Wrapping the towel around myself I stand in front of the mirror wiping the steam off the mirror. When my hair is dry I put it in a tight bun I dress in black trousers with a pink top, throwing the towel in to laundry basket I go back into the bedroom Marty is still asleep I sit at my vanity table and pick up my necklace placing it around my neck I close the clasp I can't help but smile it's beautiful.
Jill is in the kitchen "Morning Jill"
Morning Holly want a coffee?"
"Please" she places a cup in front of me sitting down
"Exciting today with the man coming to do the sign measurements I can't wait to see it"
"Yes I can't wait either I never thought that I would be making changes in my life like this"
"Why?"
"Well I always thought I would be alone just plodding through life with Julie and Lizzie" she takes my hand
"One thing I know is that you can never plan your life ahead, your happy though right"
"Oh yes a million times happier" I smile she smiles at me we chat for a while longer until it's time to head to work.
Arriving at the shop we say goodbye and hug each other just as I'm opening the door a car pulls up its Marie and Jacob I look away as they kiss, Marie gets out Jacob waves at me then pulls away
"Morning Holly"
"Morning Marie" we go in Marie puts the coffee pot on and I turn the ovens on we work together we put everything out there is still 10 minutes until we open, sitting at the table We look through the signs again on my laptop I want to make sure it's the right one. The door opens we both look to see Marty come in.
"Hi Marie"
"Hi Marty"
"Hey beautiful"
"Hi sweetheart we are just looking through the signs again"
"Why?" Marie puts a cup of coffee in front of him " thanks"
"I just wanted to make sure"
"Are you still happy with it?" Marty asks
"Yes I love it" Marty leans over and kisses me we pull apart and like soppy kids we smile at each other, Marie is out the front of the shop doing last minute checks
"I better get going I'll see you later beautiful"
"Bye sweetheart" I walk to the front of the shop with him, I lean on the counter next to Marie I sigh
"I know that look a woman in love"
"I am I really am, how is it going with Jacob?"
"What can I say I'm the same I'm happy, in love" she giggles
"I wanted to ask you something I was thinking of doing Sunday dinner at my house well our house every Sunday  we all get together relax enjoy food you and Jacob are more than welcome"
"We would love to"
"Don't you need to check with Jacob?"
"He will be ok with it just between you and me he keeps going on about working with Marty saying it's going to be great" we both laugh.
As soon as we open the doors people come in business is going really well, we don't stop I'm in the back making more doughnuts when Marie comes in
"Holly Jeremy is here"
"Thanks Marie I'll be right out" I wash my hands and head out front "hello I'm Holly you must be Jeremy"
"That's me" we shake hands
"Come through to my office" we head to the office and We sit down I turn on laptop "this is what I would like to have" I turn the laptop to Jeremy
"That is a beautiful sign what I'll need to do is measure the size of the sign you have out front are you happy with the size out front or would you like it bigger, smaller why don't we go take a look" we head outside as I pass through the shop there are a few customers.
"Marie I'll be with you in a minute" she nods at me I go outside and look at the sign
"As you can see it's a little off on one side" Jeremy says
"I can see that yes maybe corner to corner"
"That would be a lot better I'll do the measurements"
"Thank you am I ok to back inside and help?"
"Yes I'll let you know when I'm done" I nod my head and go help Marie
"Sorry Marie" I get on with helping the customers by the time Jeremy comes back in there are only two left "I'll be as fast as I can" I squeeze her arm, going back into the office.
"Do you want us to remove the sign you have up and take it away?" Jeremy asks
"Yes I would"
"Ok that's no problem with that the cost will be £3000 and we can install it Saturday"
"Ok I'm happy with that on Saturday my boyfriend will be here I have another appointment is that ok?"
"Yes of course" so I write out a check for half and will pay the rest Saturday we say goodbye and he leaves.
Marie puts up the closed sign for dinner I put the coffee pot on "I'm sorry about before we have not been that busy in a while"
"It's fine really I know why we are busier than normal they have contractors working on building houses a few streets away and by the sound of it they have a few more contracts after this one, the one guy asked if we do sandwiches if they call in by phone then pick them up"
"Oh wow how do you feel about that?"
"It will be good for business" Marie says
"I know but do you think it will be to much just us to look at how busy we were today I don't want to take something on we can't handle"
"I understand that think about it and don't feel bad if the answer is no"
"Ok I'll talk to Marty about it see what he thinks but Marie I also want your honest answer ok remember it's just the two of us here, I'm not looking to take anyone else on at the moment not after you know" she puts her hand over mine
"I get that I'll think about it to maybe we could even talk to the Forman when he comes in again"
"That's a good idea" we open up the afternoon is not as busy as this morning and I think we are both thankful we even have a few laughs with the customers, by the time we close and clean down everything it's 4:30 "I'm so ready to go home"
"Me to it may have been a busy day but it was still a good one" I lock Up Jacob is there in his car with the window down.
"Hi Holly how are you?"
"I'm good thanks how about yourself?"
"Can't complain" Marie gets in the car "we will all have to catch up soon" Jacob says that reminds me
"Marie don't forget about Sundays"
"I won't, bye" I wave until I can't see the car anymore, I walk across to the sports shop when I open the door I can't believe what I'm seeing.
"WHO THE HELL ARE YOU, WHAT DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING?" Marty pushes her away.
"Beautiful it's not what you think"
"Do not beautiful me Marty" Jill comes running down the stairs
"What's going on?" She asks
Ask him" I snap she looks at Marty "
"Oh my god Ally what are you doing here?"
"Ally" I whisper the customer is looking at us with interest Jill moves to her says something she leaves Jill locks the shop up, I look around only then do I notice that some suitcases are by the counter "I'm sorry Jill"
"No no it's not your fault Marty care to explain?" He is looking at me then he walks over to me
"Beautiful she just got here I swear one minute I'm working with a customer then arms come around me I thought it was you I swear I love you you know that" the look on his face is so desperate for me to believe him and I do
"I believe you" his shoulders sag in relief  I open my arms he wraps me in the tightest hug as if I'm going to disappear a throat clears behind us he still doesn't let me go.
"Ally what are you doing here?" Jill asks
"I thought I would surprise you I couldn't take another day with my father going on and on at me" Marty is now stood behind me with me still in his arms "you must be Holly I'm really sorry we meet this way I meant no harm" she sticks her hand out for me to shake I take it
"I accept your apology but please don't touch Marty again he is mine" she pulls her hand back
"I understand" I can see Jill is not happy
"Why don't you two head home I'll be staying here" the tone in Jill's voice holds no argument I nod my head she comes over to me and hugs me I hug her back whispering "I'm sorry"
"You have nothing to be sorry for ok"
"Ok" me and Marty get in the car heading home, we are both quite lost in thought.
Arriving home Marty opens the door I go straight to the bathroom and get in the shower I let the hot water soothe my aching muscles, stepping out of the shower I wrap a towel around my body stepping into the bedroom I grab my pyjamas putting them on.
Going into the front room Marty is there with his head in his hands two cups of coffee on the table I sit next to him taking one of his hands in mine he looks at me I smile.
"I'm really sorry that happened" he looks so sad
"Marty I wasn't quite in the car cause of you we are fine no scratch that we are great" I sigh "you might think I'm selfish but I was thinking about Saturday"
"What about it?"
"I don't know what to do now Saturday is spa day"
"Nothing has changed beautiful"
"I was so looking forward to the three of us but with Ally being here what now?"
"I'll talk to Jill don't worry" I snuggle into him
"The sign is being done Saturday you still ok to handle that?"
"Of course anything for you"
"Marty"
"Mmm"
"I'm not really sure how I feel about Ally I'm willing to give her the benefit of the doubt but if she touches you again I won't hold back"
"That's my girl"
"Oh and if you ever cheat on me I'll cut your dick off" he laughs really laughs
"No one even comes close to you" now it's my turn to laugh we drink out coffee Marty lights the fire turning the lights low we snuggle together on the sofa watching tv.
Rubbing the back of my neck trying to loosen the knot there
"You ok?"
"Yes work was really busy we had a request today I'm not sure what to do, there are contractors working a few streets over from the shop they want to know if they can ring in there lunch order"
"Come here"
"What?"
"Come lie down here by the fire I'll give you a massage see if we can work this out while I work the kinks out of your body". I get on the floor I go to lie down but he stops me "top off" I take my top off throwing it at him I lie down he puts his hands on my body
"Oh that's so good"
"I'm happy you like it" he laughs "so phoning there lunch order in"
"Ah yes they want to phone in but I'm worried to make that commitment would we be able to handle it? I don't want to hire anyone new yet and I do not want to overwork Marie or myself" I moan as his hands work there magic.
"My opinion is say no you have a lot going on with the changes you want to make, not just at the shop but here as well plus contractors don't have set breaks you don't want people calling all day, if they want your food and I'm sure they will then they will come to the shop" I sigh then moan it feels like a weight has been lifted
"I can feel the tension leaving your body"
"I feel relaxed thank you sweetheart for helping me with this decision, it's nice to have someone to talk to about things"
"This is what sharing your life with someone is like"
"I love it Marty I'm so happy you make me happy"
"You are my world you make me so happy to" I smile my body feels so relaxed I get up pushing him onto his back I straddle his waist he sits up and kisses me my hands are in his hair , releasing his hair I grab his top and pull it up we break the kiss I pull his top over his head and throw it on the sofa, my breasts are now smashed against his chest. The phone rings
"Leave it"
"I can't" he moans I pick up the phone "hello"
"Hi Holly it's Jill I'm so pissed can you talk?"
"Of course" I mouth to Marty it's Jill I get up off him and put my top back on, Marty gets up and walks out the room I sit on the sofa.
"I'm so mad she is in her room unpacking she even asked me if she could come on the spa day Saturday"
"What did you say?" I ask
"I told her no way this was all arranged" she sighs "please tell me you and Marty are ok?"
"We are better than ok but truthfully I'm not sure about Ally"
"I wouldn't be either I would of scratched her eyes out I even told her that you and Marty were together"
"I can't promise that I'll be that well behaved next time although I do hope there is not a next time"
"There won't be otherwise she will have to deal with me as well" I smile
"I don't want to come between you and friend I have to admit I was worried about Saturday, what is she going to do?"
"She said she is going shopping I better go I just wanted to make sure you was ok"
"Ok I'll se you tomorrow I'm all good now"
"Good night Holly tell my brother I said night"
"Will do night Jill" we hang up I rest my head against the back of the sofa and close my eyes.
