Holly's POV
Marty has disappeared again I wonder where he is, I look at my ring again and smile wishing he was here, the movie is nearly over I hear a car pull up Marty and Jill come in
"Hey beautiful sorry I was so long"
"It's ok"
"Oh Holly it was my fault" Jill says
"It's fine really" I smile Marty comes and sits next to me Jill goes to the kitchen
"You feeling ok" he asks
"I feel a bit better I have a great nurse" I say
"Doctor beautiful" I smile and snuggle into him.

Dad comes in to tell us dinner is ready we follow him to the dinning room mom had done a fantastic job
"Mom this looks wonderful"
"Thanks" I sit next to Marty and he takes my hand leaning over he asks
"Is everything ok with your mom?" I shrug. I got engaged today and I don't want anything to turn that, we eat our food mom and Jill are talking and laughing so is dad and Marty I smile when they look at me but I feel left out,when I finish my food I feel a headache come on
"I'm going for a lie down" I get up and go to our bedroom closing the door I sit in the big chair by the window put my feet up and put the blanket over me. The tears start to fall does my mom now hate me cause I won't give her grand babies? The bedroom door opens I think it's Marty but it's my dad
"Baby girl don't cry" he picks me up and places me on his lap "talk to me"
"She hates me"
"No she doesn't"
"Why is me not having kids such a big deal?"
"It's not she was just shocked" dad says
"Today should be the happiest day of my life she ruined it dad"
"I'm sorry"
"Not your fault" I say Marty comes in
"Everything ok?" Dad gets up and leaves Marty sits with me "what's going on?"
"You have seen how my mom is with me" I say I start to cry again Marty holds me. We stay like this for hours I hear moving around they must be getting ready to leave a knock at the door
"Come in" Marty says I keep looking out the window the door opens "Shelly"
"I'd like to talk to my daughter alone" mom says
"Holly" Marty asks I nod he gets up leaving us alone
"Darling I'm sorry I just wanted so much for you to have a family"
"Mom today I got engaged and because I don't want kids you turned on me"
"No I didn't Holly I was shocked you just said it out of the blue" mom says
"You really hurt me mom"
"I'm sorry your my daughter and I love you" she sits next to me and hugs me. I believe we will be ok in the end but today I have seen mom in a new light, she gets up and leaves I stay where I am for a while until Marty comes back and tells me that they are leaving. I go into the sitting room I see mom going through her bag and Jill doing the same I sit in the chair
"You looking forward to it Jill?"
"I am I never been so far away" Jill smiles dad and Marty get the suitcases and puts them in the car.

A few hours later we are standing on the porch watching there car drive off and I'm happy they are gone we go back inside I finally feel like I can breath, Marty wraps his arms around me "all alone at last"
"Thank god" Marty laughs I flop down in the chair in the sitting room, Marty comes back with a coffee he sits down. I look at my ring it's beautiful I look at Marty to see him watching me "what?" He smiles at me "I can't believe we're getting married"
"You still want to marry me"?
"Of course dummy" I sigh
"What's wrong?" Marty asks
"I just wish we could get married now"
"We could"
"Huh"
"Vegas"
"Vargas" I ask he nods "like really pack a bag and go get married"
"I'd marry you tomorrow " he says "but I'm thinking you want the big wedding"
"Actually no I don't" I say I sit thinking "let's do it"
"What?"
"Let's do it let's go get married I can be Mrs Willis by new year"
"You sure?"
"Yes" I say. The next few hours we spend on the laptop looking at flights for vagas, we are booked on a flight for the day after Boxing Day I can't wait.
"You want to call your parents?" I sit there thinking for a while
"No"
"You sure?"
"Yes I want it to be a surprise when they get back and after today I don't want anyone to spoil it I'm really happy Marty"
"If that's what you want"
"You can tell Jill if you want"
"You know my sister she will be happy for us either way"
"Would be nice to go with her blessing"
"Ok I'll call her" Marty grabs his phone and calls Jill
"Hello brother miss me already I'm still in the country" she laughs
"Got some news for you but I need you to keep it to yourself" Marty says
"I'm intrigued go on"
"Don't get excited ok"
"Marty"
"Promise me Jill"
"Ok I promise"
"Me and holly are going to vagas after Boxing Day to get married we only telling you as she is worried about her parents her mom mainly"
"I got to go I'll call you later" the phone goes dead I look at Marty who is looking at his phone I put my head in my hands. Can no one be happy for us? A ping sounds letting him know he has a text
Sorry I hung up brother her parents coming back. I'm so happy for you both she will officially be my sister. Jill
For fuck sake we thought you hated the idea Holly almost in tears. Marty
Tell her I'm sorry and I'm really happy for you both. Jill

"We're really doing this?" I ask
"We are" Marty smiles, there is no way I'm not going to sleep tonight. I decide to pack going into the bedroom I look in the closet there are two dresses I'm deciding on Whitch to wear when we get married, in the end I pick the cream one with the purple flowers around the bottom. I put it in the dress bag and hang it up, Marty comes in and sits on the bed
"Are you going to pack?, no on second thoughts I'll do it, oh Marty I'm so excited" I throw myself at him on the bed our lips meet soon the kiss turns hungry, I grab the bottom of his t shirt pushing it up we break the kiss to get his top over his head soon we are both naked I'm on top of him I lower myself onto him moaning as he enters me.
After a long bout of lovemaking our skin covered in sweat I lie in his arms sure I'm to excited to sleep.
