Kate: Well I sorta kind of invited my friend to come stay with us without telling either of you ... But don't worry she's really nice and happy and she loves kittens!
Mai: Wow. That was one run on sentence.
Me: *opens door* Oh! It's a person!
Mai: *facepalm*
Please give a warm welcome to my friend Hope! (fishcustardanwaffles). She's one of my good friends and was supposed to be on this from the beginning.
Hope: Hi!
Mai: I know you! You went to my school! Hope!
Me: Mai, how do you have all these public relations?
Kate: Hope, you can go unload your stuff. After that, I was thinking that maybe we could watch some Doctor Who.
Hope: What the heck is Doctor Who?
Kate: YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT DOCTOR WHO IS??!!?!? HOW HAVE YOU LIVED?
Mai: This is sad.
Me: So, so sad.
