if anybody breaks any of my rules stated in the first chapter or just generally pisses me off for a legitimate reason, their username will be put on the blacklist ( see below ).
if the said person/s are on the blacklist, they cannot order anything at CREATIVITY CAFÉ anymore and if they were a curiosity, their title will be stripped.

honestly, i don't like putting people on the blacklist but it's necessary in case people think that they can get away with breaking any of my rules or pissing me off. i respect people who respect me.
