Chapter 12

Drake pov:
Yesterday what ever happened to her is my fault. I shouldn't have left her. I looked at her she was sleeping peacefully. She was looking  paler. The doctor came and checked her up and said that she is too weak because of loss of blood. And gave me the prescription. I have got the medicines for her. And just waiting her to wake-up.

When ever I was looking at her, the man was coming in my mind.

  Who the man think of himself? How can he even touch her?

Then I hear few murmuring. I looked at the direction and it was coming from her. She was murmuring something. I went near her. She was sobbing and started saying

"Stop please stop,"

"leave me alone,"

"don't come near me,"

Then she started shaking. It confused me. I don't know what should I do. How can a girl be treated so rudely? She was having a nightmare. Tears were freely flowing from her eyes which made my heart stab with a knife. I can't see her crying.

"Anna wake up it's just a dream wake up,"

But still she was murmuring. I shake her and called her name many times then she slowly open her eyes. Her eyes were red, swollen and had tears in it. She saw me and hugged me tightly and started crying. I instantly hugged her back. I ran my hand up and down of her back to smooth her. She calmed a little. I pulled back.

  I cupped her face and looked into her eyes. Still tears were flowing from her eyes. I wiped her face with my hand.
"are you okay? " I asked but in reply she just nodded her head. After a few minutes tears started flowing from her eyes. She covered her face with her hand.

"Anna look at me,". I told her.
" Anna look in my eyes" I said in a stern voice. So she could look up but she didn't. Then I removed her hand and made her look into my eyes.

"do you want to talk about anything " I asked her. She just looked into my eyes and said.

" he... he forced meee ... I.. I dont want to... But he wasn't listening. He almost... almost raped meee. He raped me....,"and started crying.

I pulled her and made her side on my lap and kissed her head. " hey dont cry. When ever I see you cry my heart hurts". She pulled away and looked into my eyes "really" she said while blinking her eyes.

“yes” pulled her back and made her sit on my lap.

“never cry again” said whispered in her ears.

   "Come, I will change your dressing,"
I made her turn around, but the dress was coming in the way. So I pulled the zip down. And removed the dress from her shoulder.

  I slowly started removing the bandage from her shoulder. Then after removing I saw the wound, it was deep. My blood started to rise. How can someone treat her like this and ya next time I will not leave her?

  I took cotton and the medicine which the doctor have given her to clean the wound. I took that and started cleaning it. When i first time touched her wound, she groans and move a little away from me. So I started blowing her the area where it hurt her and cleaned the wound.

   I pulled her dress back up and zipped it and turn her around. She had the pain in her eyes.

  I looked into her eyes and said something that I wanted to tell her from a long time.

" Anna i...,"

I was about to tell her my feeling for her. My phone started to ring. I groan and sighed and picked up my phone. But before receiving the call I looked up at Anna who was looking very confused.

  I didn't even looked at my caller ID before receiving it. " hello?"

     " Hello, I am Mr. Sal assistant I am here to inform you they have accepted your agreements and requirements and we are giving you the deal.  And Mr. Sal is sending you the contract you just need to sign it to made it confirm,". Smile appears on my face. It thrilled me. Finally, I got the deal.

  " Thank you,".

   I just thanked her at hung up the call. I looked at Anna she was looking confused. I went near her and hugged her tightly. She was taken back but after a few seconds she hugged me back.

  I then pulled back and cupped her face in my hand and told her "we have got the deal". I was only looking into her eyes only. Then I saw happiness in her eyes.

   "that great news". I nodded my head.
"So are we going back?," she suddenly asked.

“no I have to signed the contract papers and also have some work to do. So we will go a day after tomorrow.”

"Go fresh and up and come. I will get you something to eat. "I told her. She didn't move. She was only looking at her hand only.

   Then said " i dont want to eat anything. I am not hungry.,"she said.

  " Please, Anna you have to eat something you are very weak,"
I didn't listen to her reply and went down to get food. I filled the plate with food and a glass of orange juice then went inside the room.

   I saw anna wiping her face with the towel. She didn't look at me and sat on the bed. I went up to her. And sat beside her.

  "eat " she just shooked her head.
  " Anna Please eat. "I plead her once more but she didn't reply, so I turned her face in my direction.

  " Ok fine I will eat but before that tell me how did you find me.,"

  she asked.

I looked at her and said "Till I reached the elevator the door was closed. I took the stairs. When I reach the ground floor. I saw you in a taxi. I quickly took my car and followed you but the taxi was so fast I couldn't reach it. After about 15 minutes I saw a building. I was about to enter it, I heard your screaming, and rushed inside. I was so terrified...,"I sighed

" now come on eat.,"

  I took a spoon full of pasta.  And brought near her mouth. Still she wasn't opening her mouth. I glare at her. Then she opens her mouth. I didn't let her go till she finishes her food.

    "please not more I am full". She said while touching her stomach. I chuckled at her behavior.

"This is one last spoon". This time she glared at me but sighed and ate her food.

   "Now drink this". I gave her the orange juice. I thought she would refuse to drink. She didn't even said anything and drank the juice. And handed me the glass. I got to know that she love orange juice. So I got her that.

   "take rest for a while till then I will get you your medicine." she nodded weakly. I stroke her hair and went inside a dressing room to get her medicine. When I came back I saw her drafting to sleep.

" Anna come on take this tablet and go to sleep"  I stroke her shoulder. She slowly open her eyes. And sat straight.
    She closed her eyes and open her mouth I place the medicine in her mouth. I got the glass of water help her drink it.

      I then got up and made her comfortable to sleep. I took the comforter and covered her. I was about to leave suddenly she holds my hand. I turned around and looked at her in confuse.

   I can see the fear in her eyes.
   " cannn you.. I mean.. Stay with me tonight. I mean don't leave me... Iffff.. You dont want...." I cut her off by saying.

  "I will never leave your side okay and nothing will happen to you." I told her while rubbing her hand.

   I went to the other side of the bed, remove my blazer and shirt. I lay down beside her. She turned around and smiled at me. I was just looking at her face. She looked better than before. My eyes couldn't look anywhere else but only at her.

    Soon after a few minutes she slept. I was just thinking about her and sleep took over me.
