Sofia returned, dressed in her own gown, and saw that Hugo was struggling to fix the Wardrobotron.

"How's the Wardrobotron, Hugo?" Sofia asked.

"Not so good, Sofia," Hugo frowned. "Let's see—if I move a bolt here and another here, the piece should snap back into place. No, it's stuck. Sofia, can you hand me my twist hook please?"

"Sure," Sofia smiled. She handed Hugo his twist hook.

It was already 12:40, and Axel returned from flying derby practice. He entered the ballroom and saw Sofia and Hugo still working on the Wardrobotron.

"How's the Wardrobotron, baby bro?" Axel asked.

"Not so good," Hugo sighed. "Something is making it go crazy. The cogs are out of alignment, and I had to screw in 50 bolts to get them to work."

But then the cogs exploded out of the gadget.

"Make that 51," Hugo fretted.

Axel could tell that Hugo was tired from working so hard on the Wardrobotron. "Maybe you should take a break," he suggested. "You're really sweaty."

"Okay," Hugo agreed.
