I know you're getting tired of hearing this, but drinking water is actually an extremely important part of self care. Not only does stay hydrated boost your energy level, but it also clears your skin and strengthens metabolism. Try drinking at least two glasses of water for every meal, working your way up to drinking multiple water bottles a day. Despite what some people say, you can never drink too much water. The more, the better.
Another thing you could do, is put a glass of water next to your bed. If you don't drink it throughout the night, drink it first thing in the morning.
