"Okay, mother." I'm sure you're all sarcastically thinking, but hear me out for a moment. There's something about fresh air that energizes you and makes you feel more relaxed/healthy. You don't even have to leave the comfort of your own home.
You could:
•crack open a door/window and let the fresh air come to you
•go for a walk
•go long boarding/skateboarding
•go biking
•go for a walk
•have a bonfire
•go cruising with the windows down
•go outdoor hottubbing/swimming
•go for a hike
•go for a run/jog
•take your dogs out for a walkit doesn't matter what you do, as long as it's fresh air getting to your lungs for at least an hour a day
