You found the saying inspiring. Plus, your dad's Captain America. Steve found out out when you wore a cold-shoulder top and your hair was to the side.

Tony Stark/ Iron Man:

You were Tony Stark's daughter. It was no doubt people would would just use you because you were famous. When Tony found out, he was surprised, to say the least. 

Clint Barton/ Hawkeye:

You didn't want anything big or fancy. Just something simple. Plus, it was easy to hide. Sometimes. Your father found out easier than expected.... okay, I lied.

Natasha Romanoff/ Black Widow:

Your mum actually went with you and helped you choose one out. It must've been almost three hours before you settled with something simple.

You got it because of your dad. He was always insecure because of his metal arm, which you thought was quite awesome. 

Pietro Maximoff/ Quicksilver:

You had a weird liking for wings. And no, don't blame Cass. You first wanted to get a tattoo on your collarbone. Untl you stumbled across this one. Your father just stared at you when you showed him. You smirked. "What? You didn't see that coming?"

Wanda Maximoff/ Scarlet Witch:

You always felt like everyone needed to be free to do their own things, to be theirselves. It didn't matter the race, the gender, the sexuality, etc. They shouldn't have to be locked away. Your mother actually smiled when she found out you got a tattoo and what it meant.

Thor Odinson:

Your father never quite understood the concept of the "permanent markings on the skin", as he called it. Since you had a love for music, you went for a simple and small tattoo of musical notes.
