Maddies Pov:
Oh God. I knew it was going to happen but really, it had to be now.
"Dad. Meet my friends." I was so uncertain of what would happen. Would he scream? Would he question why I brought them?
My mom broke the tension saying,"Well, welcome to California. May I get your names?" At least she was trying. My dad though. He had this cold look in his eyes.
"Hello I'm Jamie."
"I'm Pat."
"We're twins." They both said in sync.
This seemed to humor mom for a sole spread across her face.
"I'm Remi." My mom nodded her head.
"Hello. I'm Ryder it's a pleasure to meet you ma'am. Sir."
Father shakes Ryder's hand.
"Pleasure is all ours." Father said.
"Where are you guys staying. We have enough room at the house." My mother said content with the idea.
"Oh, mom we actually bought a house here before we arrived." I felt guilty I had meant to call her but time was to precious.
"Oh it's all right. No need to worry."
I grin broke out on my face,"Well then we will be over for dinner tonight."
With that we walked away. So far everything has been going greatly. Maybe it will stay that way. Right?"
