Chapter 9

Corae's POV

"Can I help you?" I asked

"Yes is Brielle here?" He replied coming into the house

"No but she should be back soon" I said as he sat on the couch. Damn who is this Nigga walking in here like he own the place?! I thought to myself

"How do you know Brielle?" I asked him

"We use to date" he replied pulling out his phone just when the front door opened

Brielle's POV

I went down to the street to the Walgreens to get yet another pregnancy test, there was no way I was pregnant I was on the pill. When I got to the counter I got a weird look from the old lady at the cash register

"$10.57 "she said putting the test in the bag

I handed her the money and made my way back home only to pull in the driveway seeing a familiar car, I quickly got out and walked into the house only to see Chris sitting there talking to Corae

"What are you doing here?!" I yelled

"I just wanted to apologize for what happened last week" he said grabbing my hand but I pulled away

"I'll give you two some time alone" Corae said making her way upstairs

"I'm really sorry I was drunk that day and I couldnt control myself and you don't ever wanna see or speak to me again I understand because what I did was stupid" He said sincerely

"Your right. I don't wanna see or talk to you again, now can you please Leave" I said pointing to the door

"I'll leave. As long as you know that I truly am sorry" he replied sticking his hands in his pockets then heading for the door

When he walked out I quickly locked the door and then made my way upstairs to the bathroom

I took out the pregnancy test and sighed loudly than peed on it.

After about 5 minutes of waiting and pacing back and fourth the timer finally went off and I braced myself before I checked the test

I picked up the test and the sign was a + meaning I was pregnant

I fell to the floor sobbing loudly and shaking. How am I supposed to tell Daniel I'm pregnant when he already has a baby on the way? What about my career? I haven't got and audition yet and I definitely wont be getting one anytime soon

After an hour of crying I decided to get up and throw the test away outside so no one can find out afterwards I ate dinner and went to sleep everything off

Middle of the night

Diggy's POV

I just got home from New York and I was ready to see my baby Brielle when I walked into the house everything was dark except in the den ,the TV was on

"Hey Daniel" I heard a voice come from behind me

"Oh hey Corae" I replied

"You wanna join me?" She said patting the empty spot next to her on the couch

"I-I dont know... I-I think I s-should let B-brielle know I'm here" I said stuttering

"I just want to show you something" she said rubbing her belly

"O-okay" I said sitting next to her

"Feel right here" she said lifting her shirt "you feel that? "

"Yeah,he's moving " I said with my hand on her stomach .she started grabbing my hand and moving it closer to her chest but I pulled away

"Good night Corae" I said and made my way upstairs

I got to the room to see Brielle sleeping she was wearing jeans and a T-shirt,I quietly changed into my basketball short and took off my shirt then made my way over to Brielle and slowly took off her pants so she wouldn't wake and also so she could be comfortable sleeping. After that I walked over to my side of the bed and cuddled up next to her

3 months later

Brielle's POV

It's been three months since I found out I was pregnant Corae was now 6½ months and I was gonna be 3 in two weeks. I've been going to doctors appointments behind Daniels back and wearing bigger clothes so he won't notice, but I think soon he'll figure out something is going on because he hasn't even seen my body in the last two months and I've been very distant

"Babe you okay" Daniel asked kissing my cheek

"Yeah" I said simply and picking up the remote to turn the channel

"You sure?" He asked kissing my neck and wrapping his hands around my waist but I quickly moved them

"Can you stop!" I said getting off the bed

"What's your problem?" He asked confused as to why I was being so weird

"Its nothing." I lied

"Your lying" he said sitting on the edge of the bed

"Baby...i have to tell you something. But I don't know how your gonna take this" I said pacing the floor

"Your making me nervous, just tell me" Daniel said rubbing his forehead

I came closer to him and stood in between his legs as he looked me and my eyes and said "Daniel... I'm pregnant " while pulling off my oversized sweater showing him my medium sized belly

"Wow" was all he said while feeling my stomach

"Wow? That's all your gonna say?" I asked shocked at his reaction

He looked back up at me smiling "what else am I suppose to say?" He said then kissing my stomach

" I thought you would be upset,since Corae was already pregnant and now you have two babies you have to worry about" I said rubbing his head

"I didn't think of it that way...but it doesn't matter because I'm happy" he said standing up and turning my back towards the bed and gently laid me down and started kissing all over my body and that day we made gentle,passionate love.
