My girl

"Yes, I have a fucking twin sister" I shouted as Shawn asked me a question, tumingin ako sa mga kaibigan ko.

"The girl na kasama niyo ealier? That wasn't me, it's my sister" ani ko sakanila

Pagkatapos ko sabihin iyon ay mukhang hindi makapaniwala ang mga kaibigan ko sa mga sinabi ko. Binaling ko ang tingin ko kay Shawn. This time, I am straightly looking into his serious eyes. 

"The childhood crush that you are talking about? I am not the real Eunice, Shawn." napahinto ako "and hindi ako ang dapat kinasal mo, it suppose to be my fucking sister!" 

After I shouted, his looks change like he didn't expected all the words that I had said. I wipe my tears and went upstairs. Ni-lock ko ang pintuan ng room ko, I wanted to be alone.

Kinabukasan ay hindi ko namalayanan na nakatulog ako. Iyak lang naman ako nang iyak kagabi, also my friends keep on knocking my door that is why I can't sleep because of the noise coming from the door.

I stared at my ceiling when I woke up, um-upo na ako sa bed ko nang makita ko na magta-tanghali na pala. Naghilamos muna ako at nag-toothbrush bago bumaba.

"Goodmorning sis" my friends greeted me as I went downstairs to make a hot chocolate milk.

Nagulat naman ako dahil hindi ko in-expect na nandito siya, It's almost afternoon and they don't have a plan to go home yet? I am not saying that I don't want them to be here. I just want to be alone right now.

"Goodmorning" I greeted them back, after ko ma-timpla ay dumeretcho na ako sa may garden.

Pagka-upo ko ay kinuha ko na ang phone ko galing sa pocket ng pajamas ko. I just received a morning text from Tyler. I smiled when I saw his name on my notification bar, he really cared a lot.

To: Tyler

Goodmorning Tyler, I am still alive don't worry. Na-overslept lang ako haha!

After I sent my messsage. May um-upo sa tabi ko at nilapag niya ang mug niya sa tabi ng mug ko sa table na nasa harapan ko. 

"Did you sleep peacefully last night?" Shawn asked me. He's looking at me now, waitting for my respond.

"Yes" I lied, the only word that came out from my mouth.

He smirked when he heard my answer, umiwas naman siya ng tingin. Nanlaki naman ang mata ko, attitude ka sis?

"Lying is not really your thing.." nagsalita siya.

Bahagya naman ako napa-tingin sakanya, nanlaki ang mata ko dahil nagka-salubong ang tingin namin. The way he stared at me, like he is owning my soul. Ang bawat malalalim na tingin na binibigay niya saakin ay nakakalambot sa puso.

"I really love you, Andrea. You know that" 

Hindi ko na mapigilan hindi umiyak dahil sa sinabi niya. Napa-yuko ako at mariin na ipikit ang aking mga mata para hindi niya makita yun.

"Mahal kita, kahit hindi ikaw ang sinasabi kong unang minahal ko. That was years ago, ikaw na ang tanging mahal ko ngayon" sunod na sabi niya.

This time, I felt someone infront of me. Nakaluhod na si shawn ngayon. Inangat niya ang chin ko para maayos niya akong tignan. I tried to look at him. Pero nanlalabo ang mata ko dahil sa iyak.

"You are my girl now, Andrea. We will spend our lives forever"
