A week had passed since the school year started and so far, everything was going smoothly for our protagonists.

Classes for today just ended and J-Trinity was in the choir room together with Blackpink's Rose and Lisa, talking and laughing about random topics when the door opened.

"Woah! Look who we have here!" Jeongyeon exclaimed as she entered the room, followed closely behind by Jihyo and Nayeon.

Sana squealed and ran up to the three girls while Momo went to her girlfriend giving her a side-hug. Mina stood up and greeted Jeongyeon and Jihyo with a single nod, the two returned back the action.

"Jihyo!" Sana called.

"Minatozaki Sana!" Jihyo said, equally excited as Sana hugged her.

"Jeongyeon and Nayeon unnie! Gosh I missed you girls!" Sana said to the three as she happily clinged onto Jihyo's arm.

Jihyo scoffed. "No you did not! You are always busy with someone." She said, pouting.

"Hi Sana." Nayeon smiled then she slowly shifted her gaze to meet the eyes of the girl behind Sana, her smile grew wider. "Mina."

"Nayeon." Mina plainly said.

Nayeon stared into Mina's eyes, trying to search for something but to no avail, as Mina's eyes reflected nothing, lifeless.

All eyes were on the two. They all started feeling that sudden tension in the atmosphere when the door opened again.

"Jisoo! Jennie! Finally!" Rose blurted out, relief evident in her tone.

"Hi girls! Did we miss anything?" Jennie said.

"Nothing much." Jeongyeon was quick to answer.

Mina walked past Nayeon, straight to Jisoo. "Hi." She quietly said and gave her girlfriend a quick peck on the cheek.

Jennie made her way to Nayeon and put a hand on her shoulder. "Sorry if we made you all wait."

"We just arrived also actually." Nayeon said with a small smile.

Mina clenched her teeth. She and everyone knew that Jennie has a huge crush on Nayeon even before the so-called "MinaYeon" ship had sailed.

The tension suddenly became thicker and everybody shifted uncomfortably on their respective spots.

"Let's get down to business, shall we?" Jihyo, being the leader she was, said, trying to ease the tension that was building up, and everybody in that room was internally grateful to her.
