Lance smirked as he saw the dark-haired kid approaching.

"So you didn't chicken out?", he asked slyly.

The kid glared at him.
"Not in a million years."

It was dark. The sun had just set over the horizon, letting only the streetlight illuminate over the boys.

The kid grabbed Lance's hoodie, pulling him threateningly close until their faces were inches apart.

"You ready to go, Mullet?", Lance sneered, "Hit me with your best shot."

The boy reeled his fist back, preparing to send it directly into Lance's face.

Then a scream pierced the air.

Lance and the boy's eyes widened in alarm.

Behind the boy, Allura's uncle Coran sprinted up to them. Allura herself and Shiro followed closely in hot pursuit.

"KEITH!!"

"LANCE!"

Lance spun around to see his own mother jogging up at full speed. Hunk was running behind her, with Pidge on his back.

Shouted names filled the air.

"LANCE!"

"KEITH!"

"LANCE!"

"KEITH!"

The Cuban boy looked at the new kid curiously.

Keith....

Then it hit him.

The dark hair.

The navy eyes.

Lance found himself thrown into his childhood memories.

'We're going to be together forever!!'

"K-Keith?", he stammered.

The boy looked at him.

The one Lance thought he lost forever.

"Lance...?"
