Waking up in a cold sweat, I found myself sprawled on a lurid red leather table. Trying to move, I realised I was bound by heavy metal chains. I began to panic. Shaking alarmingly, beads of sweat formed on my ashen forehead as I shook maniacally. Over my frenzied breathing, I heard a soft humming sound.
My song tune.
The one I was humming in the fucking shower.
As I realised the truth, tears of frustration spilled out my sore eyes as the humming became louder and louder. Then, it abruptly became silent as I waited in trepidation. Closing my eyes, I willed myself to be awoken from this nightmare.
Taking me by surprise, I felt a cold hand softly wipe away my dried tears as my eyes tensed. Realising exactly who it was, I shook my head erratically which caused a unsettling low giggle from the inhumane being who'd put me in this position. Coiling my blonde hair around his thin hands, Jett pulled tightly causing my neck to arch and eyes to bolt open in discomfort. Holding me in a haunting gaze, my abductor became close, "Hm, nice try! But you see, as I am...not of human blood I'm not affected as easily." Pointing to his ghostly neck, he continued, " No scar, and that's because....I'm not of human blood." . Breaking off, my eyes scanned over his blood soaked shirt, which had once been a pearly white. Confused, I shook my head in disbelief at no injury, even though I was certain I had inflicted one previously. This seemed to please him. " And for this, " Jett spoke, pulling out my blood splattered key, " You have no use for it anymore." The grinning man finished, as his clenched fist strangled my key into a silvery dust. In immense shock, I stared in horror as my key became a metallic grit in the palm of the monsters white hand.
My plan, had failed.
