CHAPTER 2

Date: March 10 2017

Both stared coldly at each other.While one's eyes held hatred, other's held the hurt.

"Assalamualaikum" Haya greeted, tearing her gaze away from him

"Walaikumsalam dear" Sabreena greeted back smilingly

She got up and engulfed Haya in a bone crashing hug.

"Oh i missed you so much darling" Sabreena said lovingly

"I also missed you a lot!! How have you been?"asked Haya

"Oh i can see how much you missed me.Thats why you came to meet me" Sabreena folded her arms over her chest and narrowed her eyes at Haya

"I am sorry Sabreena aunty.I was busy with university.I am sooo Sorry" Haya pouted

"Its alright.I am forgiving you not because of this cute pout of yours but because you are a directionor" replied Sabreena

"Oh my God!!! Do you also like one direction?" Haya squealed and Sabreena nodded her head in 'yes'

"We will be the greatest team that the world has ever seen" said Sabreena and then both high-fived

"Guess what? It reminded me of the song" exclaimed Haya

"Same here" Sabreena said and then both started singing

"Stop it!!" Shouted Shahana and everyone looked at her

"We aren't here to talk about my so called son in laws or sing their songs" Shahana frowned

"You would be the first mother in law in the history of world who hates to talk about her future son in laws" Haya joked

"Well i am sure there are much more interesting topics to talk about other than this" replied Shahana, folding her arms over her chest

All this while, Amaan quietly kept staring at Haya, the girl who was once his best friend, the girl he spent his childhood with and the girl he now hated.

14 year old Haya and 16 year old Amaan:

Their exams had finally finished and Haya wanted to go out for ice-cream, so she dragged Amaan with herself in order to have ice-cream and spend some time together.They both walked to ice-cream parlour and after buying their favourite ice -creams, they decided to take a walk

"So how are you doing?" Asked Haya, licking her ice-cream

"What kind of question is that?" Asked Amaan

"What?It is a simple question" Haya replied, shrugging her shoulders

"You act like you are seeing me after ages"Amaan chuckled

"You can say that because we are spending time together after a month almost" said Haya

"You are right.We were so busy with exams but now that we have got rid of them, we will spend a lot of time together" Amaan replied while typing on his phone

He kept walking whilst chatting with Daila without realising that Haya has stopped walking with him.When he realised,he turned around and saw her standing still a few steps behind him

He walked back to her and asked " why did you stop walking?"

"You really think its because of exams that we are spending less time together?" Haya frowned
