Sonic's POV
Never wanted to have to do this. But my curiosity is one of the most powerful things in the world. I don't know why.
--A Few Minutes Later--
Okay I've arrived at eggman's lair. Time to see what he's up to. *long-lasting, very dramatic sigh*
*Knock Knock*
"Ooooooh! I wonder who's here," I hear eggman say as he approached the door. *Eggman opens door* "Oh. Hi, Sonic. I'm just gonna--" I cut him off before he can say anything else. "I need your help, Egghead." "You do? With what?" Eggman said. "Okay so this is just out of my curiosity, but I would like to see Shadow. Please. I would like to borrow him," I said, trying my best not to reveal I want to study his rings. "Okay......?" Eggman replied confused.
-- A Few Minutes Later--
"Okay here he is. You can have Shadow for a week, no more," Eggman said. "Thanks," I said. I brought Shadow to Tails and waited until he woke up from his slumber. Once he did, we started to talk to him.
"Wh-where am I?" Shadow said weakly. "You're at my house, Shadow. I'm Sonic by the way." I said, as friendly as possible. "Okay...... what do you want with me?" Shadow asked. "Okay I know this is important to you, but we would like to study your Inhibitor Rings," I explain, very calmly so he will trust me. "Okay," Shadow says, nervously. "We don't want to hurt you, okay? You're safe here," I reassure him. "Okay," Shadow says, now more comfortable. I look into his bright red eyes. He's beautiful......
I realize what I'm doing and stop immediately. I- love him.....
