I decided to go out and check the school. There are two main buildings, the Torres bldg., and the Jarlos bldg. The school is also complete with facilities, including a soccer field, indoor basketball and volleyball courts, a multipurpose stage, a lot more, and the canteen is also huge. Food is life you know! A lot of malls and restaurants are also located near the school. I definitely like this school better than the old one.
I was walking on the lobby and a girl with an angelic face caught my attention. She looks like someone my age, "You, who do you think you are?!" she said in a frustrated voice.
"Huh, bakit?" I was confused. Maybe she mistakened me for someone else. Wala akong kasalanan maka 'who do you think you are' naman to.
"Kabago-bago mo kung umasta ka kala mo kung sino ka!" she said. Now she's getting angrier. I can't recall what I've done to make her angry baka buang 'to.
"Wala naman akong ginagawa ah," I now defended myself. Pinagtitinginan na kasi kami ng mga tao. Magpapatalo ba ako? HA.
"You dare answer me?!" she warned. Nakakairita na siya ah. Kala ko pa naman mabait kasi malaanghel ang mukha. It's true, looks can be deceiving.
There's someone who approached us. The figure is not clear, ang blurred naman ng vision ko. Shit! Naiwan ko salamin ko sa dorm. Nakakakita naman ako, hindi ako bulag pero pag malapit lang malinaw. Pero kapag malayo medyo malabo. Anyways, ito na nga may papalapit na.
"Hoy Allison, anong kamalditahan nanaman yang pinapairal mo," a familiar voice said, "kung ano kinakinis ng balat mo, yun din kinagaspang ng ugali mo!" It's Gale. I can see her now because she's near. Palaban pala to eh kahit payatot parang handang makipagsabunutan eh. I now know something new about her: she's a tough girl.
"I don't have time to talk with you contemptible people," she said in an insulting manner.
"Don't have time, eh ikaw nga tong unang kumausap! Sira!" Gale insulted back. She now started to drag me by the arm. I just followed her.
"Ano yung contemptible?" she whispered to me. HAHAHA she never fails to make me laugh.
"Di karespe-respeto," I laughed,"Bayaan mo na siya."
"Lagot yun sakin sa susunod," she stated,"English english pa hindi ko naman maintindihan." she joked again. I laughed.
"Uy, salamat pinagtanggol mo ako dun ah," I thanked Gale. If she's not there baka nilamon na ako nang buhay ni Allison, yun ata name niya?
"Buti nalang kamo nakita kita. Sira ulo talaga yon si Allison. Feel na feel ang ganda at kasikatan niya kaya naging maldita ay mayabang!" she stated. So Allison nga ang name nun. Maganda nga pangit naman pala ugali edi wala rin.
"Bakit ba galit na galit sakin yun?" I asked. I'm still wondering how I made her mad though I'm new in this school, actually it's only my second day here!
"Baka nainggit lang yun kasi napapansin ka ng lahat ng tao. Kanina ko pa kaya naririnig ang mga usapan tungkol sa napakagandang transferee," she said. I was shocked! Come to think of it, may mga naririnig nga akong mga comments kanina pa until now.
"Ang ganda niya!"
"Bakit ngayon lang siya dumating?"
"Mas maganda siya kay Allison."
"May maganda daw na transferee."
"Beauty queen ang peg!"
"New crush!"
Nahiya ako bigla, "Hala, nakakahiya!" I held the arms of Gale and tried to hide my face.
"Haba nga ng hair mo eh!" she joked as she flipped my hair, "Gaga, naiwan mo pala tong salamin mo sa room." she handed my glasses for me to wear.
"Hala! Thank you talaga. Nakalimutan ko nga eh buti talaga nandiyan ka." I was so thankful, she's really a great friend. I forgot because I'm not really used to wearing glasses.
"Naku, kung nagkataon na napaaway ka, lugi ka. Buti nalang talaga nandito ang dyosa mong friend." she said. We both laughed but I laughed longer.
"Anong nakakatawa doon? Hindi ka naniniwala?" she pouted.
"Hala, hindi. Ang ganda mo kaya," I assured. She is beautiful kaya.
"Tara na nga. Baka malate pa tayo." she smiled.
We went to our first class and I sat beside her. Allison was sitting in front of the class and I saw other new faces, and there was one that's familiar.
Our teacher came in. "Class before we start, I'd like to introduce myself to our new student. I'm Mr. Adrian Nobles," he said. Ugh, I hate introductions and I know where this is going. "Each of you will introduce yourself to her."
A girl beside Gale stood up and went infront, "Hi, I'm Crystal. I like singing and the arts." she introduced. She looked shy and timid. She is beautiful with that innocent and baby face. She went back to her seat.
"Nga pala, Kisses. Ito si Crystal, bestfriend ko. Sigurado ako magkakasundo kayo." Gale introduced Crystal and she smiled widely.
"Nice to meet you!" I smiled back.
"Saaaame." she replied. I think we'll get along together.
"Hi, I'm Marcus. Half Italian and your next-door-cook!" someone introduced himself in front. Oh M G! He's so handsome and he's tall! He looks so friendly and sweet. He totally caught my attention.
"Yan si Marcus. Napakasweet niyan, palabiro, friendly, basta lahat ng magagandang traits nasa kanya na." Gale said.
Another student introduced herself, "Chloe here. Your campus dancer and singer" she confidently said. This girl has this aura that just catches your attention. She has her own beauty and she looks friendly, too.
"Yan naman si Chloe. Bestfriend ni Marcus at Edward. Napakatalented na babae kabog nenang mo." Gale described her.
"I guess everyone knows me but in case your knowledge is insufficient, I'm Allison." she gave me a death glare. Ugh, why is she like that? She's now officially in my hate list.
I came in front to introduce myself, "I'm Kirsten Delavin, but you can call me Kisses. I'm..." I was cut off by Allison, "Okay, we don't need to know everything about you girl. Not interested." She's so annoying. Before I went to my seat, I glanced over someone who looked familiar.
"Hi, I'm Edward Barber. Half German. Your soccer varsity player." He looks really familiar. That's right! He's the guy whom I met the first day. He's still charming and that smile of his just makes you smile, too. He smiled at me and I immediately looked away since I'm shy, hehe.
"Yan naman si Edward. Anak ng may-ari ng school. Top 1, Vice President ng Student Council, napakaathletic, at famous pa. Squad goals nga silang tatlo eh." Gale said. So, he's the son of the owner of the school. I'm guessing he's receiving much respect and recognitions. Their circle of friends are quite really goals.
"Ako naman. Panoorin mo ako ah! Support bes." Gale said.
She walked, no, rumampa siya sa aisle na parang baliw. HAHAHA parang mababali siya sa bawat kembot. Nung nasa harap na siya, unexpectedly, parang nabali yung arm niya pagkapamewang. The whole class is now laughing.
"Abigail Oliveros, 16, PHILIPPINES!" she said loudly. Parang sira ang gaga. Hindi ko mapigilang tumawa kasi naman eh. Buti na lang talaga siya ang naging ka roommate ko at naging kaibigan ko.
The class went normally but I have this feeling someone keeps on looking at me.
