Kirsten's POV

It's been months already since I transferred to this school. I became closest to Abigail, Crystal, and Marcus. I don't know but I really think Marcus is extra sweet to me every time. He always keeps me company and treats me all the time. Maybe he is just like that to all of his friends. I already warned myself not to assume too much but he's making it hard for me not to. Should I give it a try? I don't know.

In a week, we'll be having our summer break. Right now, we are watching our soccer varsity practice because they'll be having their championship game tomorrow. I've never watched them play eventhough Marcus invited me to watch countless of times. I feel guilty because I'd rather read books than watch sports. I was never really into sports in the first place. But this is an exception, it's a championship game, they say.

As I was saying, we were watching them practice. Abigail and Crystal were cheering so loud and I didn't even bother. They were having different drills which made me bored. I got my phone and checked my social media accounts. I made sure to block Allison and all her evil patrons so I won't get bad vibes every time I check my phone. I was scrolling through my Facebook wall when someone grabbed my phone.

"Can you please watch and cheer for me?" Marcus smiled at me.

"Well, I am here" I said sarcastically.

"Physically, yes but I can't really feel you" he said, "Please cheer for me so I'll have motivation" he messed my hair. Who can say no to this handsome fella.

"Fine," I said trying to hide my smile.

"Marcus, get back here!" Barber shouted at him. He had a frown on his face. What a bummer. Marcus now jogged back to their area but he managed to give me a wink. I'm now smiling like an idiot.

"Kakaiba naman yang ngiti mo, Kisses" Ate By teased.

"Huh? Wala ah!" I looked away trying to hide my face. She turned my chin so I'll face her.

"Eh bat namumula mukha mo?" She asked. Crystal giggled beside her.

"Uhh-" I was thinking of a reason.

"Hindi yan makeup. Gamit na yung palusot na yun" she smirked.

"Mainit kasi dito. Sensitive ang skin ko." I mentally slapped myself for blushing too easily

"Che. Kinilig ka lang kay Marcus eh,' she teased then both of them laughed.

"Tara, samahan mo naman kami dito magcheer!" Crystal said.

I stood up and searched for Marcus in the field. They're now having a practice game.

"GO MARCUUUS!" Ate By shouted her lungs out. "Go Marcus! Go Marcus, Marcus go!" she was now like acting crazy

"Ganyan ba dapat ang pagcheer?" I pointed to Abigail, "Parang baliw."

Crystal laughed at me, "Baliw nga ata yan."

"Ewan ko sainyong dalawa! Ginagalingan ko na nga dito eh. Sabayan niyo na kasi ako!" Ate By said.

We cheered for Marcus like what Abigail said. Marcus looked at us and winked at... me? Am I assuming again? Anyways, he got lively the moment he heard us and he made a goal after.

"WOOOOOH! Galing mo, Marcus!" I screamed so he can hear it. I saw him smile at me.

After the practice, Marcus invited us to have dinner at the Submarine. It's our favorite place to hang out and eat just lately.
