The past week I've become accustomed to the routine of the house. All three men had different schedules so I rarely did chores with the other girls. I didn't mind though as the girls weren't particularly fond of me, they were both jealous that Marco was so kind to me.

I sat in Marco's room folding as he typed away on his computer, he always seemed to be busy. I thought Marco was kind but I didn't trust him completely yet, I was still technically his prisoner.

"Katie would you help me with something." He asks and I nod. "Good. I've been thinking about this for a while and I'm just so sick of the way my brothers act. I want to get as far away from here as possible."

"What does that have to do with me?" I ask and it came out a little ruder then I expected.

"I want you to help me distract them so I can get out of here. Then you can come with me." He tells me and a smile spreads across my face.

"You'd do that for me?" His plan seemed too good to be true, I wasn't sure it would entirely work. I heard footsteps in the hallway and I quickly stood up. The door opened and I stiffened, Matteo stood at the door.

"Brother I've been meaning to talk to you. It's about a business deal we need to close up with one of the gangs." He spoke as if I wasn't there, Matteo came in and sat in the chair in the front of me. I moved past him to leave but my waist was yanked back and pulled on his lap.

"And where do you think you're going kitten?" Matteo says and my stomach tightens.

"Leave her alone, she's not needed for this conversation."

"Quiet brother, I enjoy her company."  I squirmed around in his arms but he had a stronghold. His hand travelled down and I gasped. Marco stood quickly and yanked me away from her.

"You should leave now." He tells his brother sternly, but Matteo breaks out into an evil grin.

"Possessive I see. Well done brother. She's a keeper."

"She's not our to keep, she'll be gone soon."

"Well... Lorenzo's beginning to like her. He's been thinking about talking to Hunter."

"What?!" I exclaim. I couldn't stay here I had to get back to Hannah. Matteo steps towards me but Marco stops him.

"Control her brother or I'll do it for you." My eyes go wide and I take a few steps back. Marco turns around and I couldn't tell if his face showed pain or evil.

Suddenly he whipped his arm around and threw a punch at Matteo. I flinched back as Matteo threw a punch back harder. Matteo seemed to have the upper hand in this fight and he quickly threw Marco to the ground. He started pounding on his face and I quickly ran up behind to try to grab Matteo. It seemed like a bad idea but it looked like he was going to kill him. Matteo stopped for a minute and his face was twisted in anger.

" I'll deal with you later." He said before going back to punching Marco. He stopped finally and Marco groaned before rolling over to his side. Matteo got up and slowly stalked over to me.

"Look what you've done" he tells me as he grabs my hair and pulls me close to him.
"You know ever since I saw you I thought there was something interesting. I've been waiting to see what that is." I scrunch my nose up in disgust. There were light footsteps in the hall and the door opened.
