"From the beginning at Intel, we planned on being big." – Gordon Moore

When Amazon.com was created Mr. Jeff Bezos had one thing in mind."Get Big Fast."

Always aim to achieve many things in a short period of time.

Keep these in mind:

· Be a thread to competitors.

· Offer the best prices for your product.

· Be big. Grow Big.

· Have the best customer service.

· Know your market.

· Fear no competitor.

But to be what the above list says you need to have customer service.

Customer should always come first. There are many ways to show customer service. But they is one that many entrepreneurs fail to offer. For an example:

A consumer buys your product and they is an issue with the product. Maybe it's the wrong color or even the wrong quantity. So the consumer calls the customer line and he/she does not get the best respond.

So what does the customer do? Well he/she will try to get to the CEO or the company owner whom is you, and they is another problem again. You have a P.A and

Most consumers will definitely feel as if you are wasting their time.

When you are venturing, you don't want to make your few customers have problems getting the best services, just after you pitch.

Even it means offering your personal contact details to the public, so be it.

TIPs:

· Don't offer a little too-much details

· Customers should not be to 'close' keep a gap between you and then.

· Don't hire a P.A. when you are starting a business.

Customers don't care how good your products are. They may love your product but if you show them loyalty they will never flee. Remember that you are still venturing so don't their say. When they insult your product do not snap at them, because at your "small beginnings" bad publicity is the last thing you want to face, so your startup repetition is very important.

Don't always depend on your customer service employees to deal with the consumers/ clients sometimes you may want to review yourself to the public, because many people consider the person behind the Brand.

Sometimes it is the innovator behind the innovation that attracts a bigger market.

Entrepreneurs such as Mark Zukerberg [facebook founder] are taking advantage of this to grow their companies to reach a wider audience.

Customers/ clients are like talking news papers. They spread news more than you may think. When Google has made one of the reasons it grew popular was because of word of mouth and customers/clients are exactly what spreads the news.

Considering customers is what made Amazon's kindle big.

They sold books cheaper than the price which they bought from the authors/publishers. Competitors thought that they were crazy and even took that as a threat, but what they didn't know was that the Kindle would grow massively. The consumers were happy, and that even attracted even more.

Now what the other things that helped kindle gain huge success?

These are some the things why:

· Their prices were cheap (Taking Risk)

· The Kindle attracted a wider range of authors.

· (Customers)

· They re-wrote the rules of Book retailing.

· It took a step ahead in the Book market.

· Aimed for a bigger market. (dream big)

· They built a good bridge between Authors and readers

· Etc...

Now this just shows you there is a little more than needs to be done to be a success.

Make sure your business is on every large social media platforms, to communicate with customers. A website is important too.
