Hi there, AJ. So Over Again is one of your new books! Congratulations. I really like the prologue/ description of this story; it doesn’t quote the lyrics to the song or leave some cheesy, overused afterthought of a summary. So thank you for that. x
Your cover seems to be a bit smushed and blurry/pixelated. The picture of Jasmine Curtis-Smith is very hard to see and Harry is not... the best he could be. I’m not sure why, but everyone seems to forget one thing on their covers! Their username! I would recommend either getting a new, better fitting cover made (just search for cover making books here on Wattpad) or at least adding your name to the picture.
The main issues I saw in your work were lack of punctuation, but I am willing to bet those were typos. It seems like your editing got better as you went along. The stuff left over is simple. Hey, they’re quick fixes, no? (:
Well, it seems as though Harry has broken our shy little AJ’s shell! I don’t really want to write much because I don’t want to give anything away, but I think that things are moving well. One thing to point out though, you seem to moving things along quite quickly. BOO. I like their relationship and it’s moving so fast that I can’t enjoy it. Also, when you add song lyrics into chapters, you don’t have to add all or most of the song. If you leave the reader with a touch-maybe a verse or so- they are more likely to go check it out and be inspired.
All things considered, I like your book AJ. It’s more than I originally thought it would be honestly. However, I rated your story as an 8 because it’s a bit bland right now; it needs some spice, something to heat it up- a good plot twist. Please keep up your work though, because you’re doing great. I hope you take my comments into consideration. x
