Opening her mail locker Olivia looked at the wad of letters she had, walking up the stairs to her apartment she slumped herself on her couch and began opening them. It was bill after bill but one caught her eye.

It had a Woodbury High emblem on and she was keen to open it. 'An Invitation To Your Ten Year Reunion' it read. "Ten years?" She whispered to herself, she couldnt believe it had been ten years since highschool which would make it five since she stopped being 'Mrs Dixon' and five since she saw Daryl altogether.

Olivia was now twenty-eight and a lot had changed for her in five years. She left the town of Woodbury, found an apartment and, well, she still didnt have a job.

Since leaving Woodbury Olivia quickly got herself in a relationship, but it wasn't a conventional one and it was nothing she was proud of, it was a secret she told no one. She was having an affair with a very wealthy married man whom bought her the apartment and all its luxuries inside to keep her sweet. In layman's terms it was a sex pad.

She didnt love the guy, it was just lust. She knew he went back to his family every night and would visit her and stay once or twice a week when he wanted to get laid. She liked it like that, being on her own and besides, she had fun when he was around. Since Daryl she shut her heart up. The place for a soulmate was taken by Daryl and no one was going to fill it now it was empty again. It didnt mean she didnt think about him, because she did near enough every day.

Getting over Daryl was the hardest thing she ever did. Even now she was certain she wasn't over him, Olivia's medicine for a broken heart was sleeping with someone else. She met Negan whilst in a bar spending her last twenty dollars and she barely knew he was married with a daughter before they were under the covers in a hotel room. Before long he had her set up in a swanky apartment in the building opposite his business empire of fine and luxurious cars.

Negan knew nothing of Daryl, he only found out Olivia was twenty-three on their third liaison, He didn't ask if she worked or not, he was quite happy to put money in her bank account to buy her nice things and to keep her from contacting his wife. She knew it was a similar 'controlling' scenario she had with her father but with Negan she was pleased to see him and he did make a fuss of her, the sex wasn't so bad either, Negan was into a lot of different  stuff, so different it felt like lust not love which was fine with Olivia. She never wanted love making ever again.

Right now she was putting the invitation to one side as she opened up her Apple Mac, checking her social media, something she hadn't logged on to in a few years now, she wanted to see the Woodbury High page. Its cover photo was the ten year reunion invite and it had hundreds of former students saying "yes" to the invite. Putting a loose strand of hair behind her ear she lent in closer to study the names as the memories of them all came back to her. A lot of them had changed, some in more ways than one.

By the looks of it Andrea had two more children and the guy in the photo next to her was not Shane "wonder what happened there". She pondered, T looked like he was still living the party lifestyle judging by his various drunken photos, then she came across her page, it was something she hadn't logged on to in a very very long time. Her page had a profile photo she hadn't updated in five years and her relationship status still said 'married', she gulped when she thought how much of a world away that all seemed now.

Lori's page was filled with blogs, recipes and photos of Carl. He looked so grown up now, mentally calculating in her head Carl would be coming up seven. Nosing through photos a bit more she saw they just had Carl and no other children, but it looked like they were in the same house just with a few renovations. Olivia smiled fondly as she saw Rick's, he was still a cop and had some stubble now, something he could never grow in highschool. She nodded proudly at her friends "least someone did well" she sighed. Then her heart stopped. Was that Daryl next to Rick? Her heart dropped. She sat open mouthed as she studied the image, he looked amazing. Now her heart was pounding away, even after all this time with all this distance he still made her heart skip and flutter.

Olivia couldn't bring herself to click "yes" to attend. "It's ten years big woop" she scoffed making it sound pitiful "What would I even say?" she began talking aloud "It's me Olivia, the bitch who told you you couldn't wear hot pants as they were my thing" she mocked "I left home at eighteen, married at nineteen and now I have nothing to show for it!" she rolled her eyes continuing her rant.

"Who you talking to hot stuff?" A voice made her jump as her door opened, it could only be one person. Negan. Olivia closed the tab quickly and smiled in his direction, it wasn't his day to stay but she assumed he had an hour or two to kill between meetings. "I am honoured" she smirked slightly sarcastic as to what he most likely wanted. Right now she was sitting in one of her basketball jerseys and sweats, not exactly 'sexy' and Negan liked sexy.

As he closed the door behind him he revealed a largely expensive bouquet of roses which made Olivia's eyes widen. "Thought i'd treat my favourite girl" he smiled flashing her his perfectly white teeth, admiring the flowers as she attempted to carry the heavy bunch to place on the worktop she heard Negan throw himself down on the couch and rub his hand over his face. Olivia pulled a face his way once she balanced the bouquet up "Take it you two had a row this morning? she asked rolling her eyes, Olivia knew the drill, he had a habit of showing up when his wife got upset over something. "not that" he sighed "I got to go on a business trip for a week" he added, Olivia immediately shut him down "Ill manage without you Negan, one week wont kill me." she shook her head and let out a flat laugh "or did you think i'd cry into one of your shirts you left here?" she teased raising a brow, she may be his mistress but she wasn't a mistress in love and she wasn't one that pandered, but Negan loved that about her, he loved her no nonsense attitude.

"Don't start with me jugs, it wont end pretty" Negan teased licking his lips as he rose from the couch and walked casually over to her "I wanna take you" he spoke lowly sliding his hands down her hips pushing his lower self into her slightly. "oh?" she questioned, he towered over her so she had to really crane her neck to see his eyes "Can't your wife go?" she asked, Negan never took Olivia on his trips, it was in this apartment, his car or his office were they would meet up, his rules were firm, even if she saw him in the street she wasn't to acknowledge him. She had outlived his past mistresses and it was because she didn't whine, threaten or act crazy like the others, Olivia would never beg him to stay, she never phoned him at home and she never stalked his home. Not being with Daryl hardened her. It was her protection being this way, no upset.

"C'mon gorgeous, me and you could have a lot of fun" he whispered leaning down to tease her with kisses "and why cant your wife go?" she asked pushing him from her and moving away, "Wives aren't for having fun" he replied simply.
