Note : I have not watched the full movie of Big Hero 6. I have, however, watched many videos segments of Big Hero 6 on YouTube. If you haven't watched this movie, then spoilers are ahead!

I recently began to like Big Hero 6 when I watched some movie clips on YouTube. I have watched some Big Hero 6 clips some odd months ago, but I never really got into it until recently. Ether that or I forgot.... Anyhow!

I was looking on Pinterest for some pins for Big Hero 6, when I stumbled upon this:

This is what I'm gonna be talking about.

I'm not to sure who made this, but she or he does make a point! But I think that s/he also missed out on some points as well.

Callaghan was "killed" in the fire that killed Tadashi, the place where Hiro showed off his microbots. If Kabuki showed any sympathy, any mercy, for Hiro and his friends, it would looked quite suspicious, don't ya think? I'm sure Hiro and his fellow heroes would have gotten suspicious over time.

But why would Callaghan target The Big Hero 6, especially Hiro? Don't forget, Hiro was the kid who made the microbots! If anyone knew any secrets, any weakness, of the microbots would be the inventor himself. Callaghan was trying to eliminate the threat; Hiro and his friends. They were the only ones who were standing up against Kabuki/Callaghan; these teens were his greatest threat.

It didn't even matter if The Big Hero 6 were once Callaghans students; again, Callaghan "is dead"; even if the world found out who Yokai is, Callaghan would never be able to be a professor again. The life he had, died in the same fire where Tadashi died.....

But is Tadashi dead?

I really like this idea, to be honest

I really like this idea, to be honest.

And here's another idea that I found, when trying to find the first picture above;

Wouldn't this make Callaghan more human to those who hate him? The two seem to be close, not romantically close but father and son like close

Wouldn't this make Callaghan more human to those who hate him? The two seem to be close, not romantically close but father and son like close. Tadashi dying would only remind Callaghan about his "dead" daughter, Abigail. Tadashi dying, just reopened an old wound. An old wound that could have been healed.

Now that I think it, I think that maybe Callaghan had forgiven Krei for his daughters "death". Sure, he was still angry at Krei for Abigail going into the portal and not coming out again. But I think the whole "I'm gonna take everything from you using your own portal" came about when the fire happened.

I'm not to sure who set the fire, but I have a theory about that too: The fire began by someone or something, like a electrical wire gone wrong. Callaghan uses Hiro's microbots to build a ball of robotics around himself, shielding him from the flames. He manages to escape the burning building, and was about to reveal that he wasn't dead.

But then he learns that Tadashi is dead.

The wound Callaghan had, when Abigail "died", reopens and all he can think about is getting revenge on Krei for killing Abigail. He may not say anything about Tadashi, minus saying, "It was his mistake". But I think, deep down inside, he was trying to destroy Krei both for Abigail and Tadashi.

Here's one more thing I wanna point out, that you may or may not know:

"Revenge doesn't help/isn't everything... Believe me, I know." (Sorry, forgot the quote! 😑)

Callaghan, for a split second, looked as if he was gonna let Krei go and stopped fighting. To accept that revenge wouldn't bring Abigail back. But then Krei began to speak, concluding, ".... I'll give you whatever you want!" This one quote reminds Callaghan that Abigail is gone because of this man. And that's when he says, "I want my daughter back!"

This is more than just a man seeking revenge for his daughter; this is about a man who just wants his baby girl back.

Ok, so I went of on some different theories, and I'm sorry if you got confused. I hope you like these ideas! Lemme know what you think! And I'm sorry if I didn't get some things noted, or they were wrongly noted; again, I haven't watched the entire movie. Thanks for reading!
