Tord had left me alone in the infirmary with Stace and Pau, they both seemed nice enough. I watched as Stace checked up on Pau and I overheard what she said to him. 

"You can't go walking around whenever you feel like it Pau! You have a shattered knee cap from that plane crash. Seriously, how many planes have you and Pat crashed?" Stace shook her head in disapproval. 

Wait. Plane crash? Pat? Man, I have so many questions for that Commie. He better hurry up with his 'work'. I'm still confused at where we were, We meaning as Edd, Matt and me. Why is everyone wearing uniforms? It's like we are at some sort of army base or something. I sighed and laid back on the bed.

I watched as Stace made her way to Edd and I narrowed my eyes. She noticed this and looked at me dead in the 'eyes'.

"I'm only checking up on him, stop being so worried and relax. We aren't going to hurt you or your friends." Her saying this calmed me down a bit. I shook my head and looked away from her. 

"What are their names?" Stace asked, not bothering to look up at me because she was busy changing Edd's bandages.

"The one you're working with now is Edd and the ginger is Matt." I didn't bother to sound enthusiastic, there was no need. I heard Pau gasp and I looked over at him.

"What's your problem?" 

"I remember who you are now Tom. You're the one that shot Tord out of the sky." I was shocked. How did he know about that?

"Pau, you know you're not supposed to use Red Leader's real name." Pau rolled his eyes.

"Not like he's here to hear me." 

Red Leader? At this point I'm extremely confused. What are these people talking about? Stace seemed to have finished with Edd and she was now moving to Matt. A thought came into my head. 

"Uh.. Stace, you were at Edd's apartment right?" 

"If that's where we found you then yeah." She shrugged and removed Matt's bandages. Matt had a scratch on his cheek, it looked like big claw marks. He isn't going to be happy about that.

"Did you happen to see a cat? A gray one?" She looked at me confused then snapped her fingers.

"Yes! I remember that little guy. He was the sweetest little fur ball." She giggled and finished up with Matt. "I couldn't help but take him with us. He kept pawing at your friend Edd."

"Well his names Ringo, he's Edd's cat." I could see a little disappointment in her eyes. I think she wanted to keep Ringo. "Where is he?"

"We put him in Red Leader's office. He insisted on taking care of him." I couldn't help but chuckle. Ringo hates Tord, I would love to see him attack Tord right now. Stace walked over to me and looked down at me.

"It's your turn Tom, I need to check you and make sure you're okay." I rolled my eyes.

"Whatever." She smiled sweetly.

"Do you hurt anywhere?"

"I have a huge headache but that might be a hangover. Though ones never lasted this long before." She raised and eyebrow and started ruffling my hair. I think she was searching for any wounds. 

"Tom, that's not a headache, you have two large scrapes on your head." She seemed just as confused as I was. Where the heck did I get those? I started thinking to before I blacked out in Edd's apartment. My dream. My eyes widened as I remembered what I saw in the mirror of my dream. I had horns.

"Tom? You alright? You look like you just saw a ghost." I snapped back into reality and I nodded.

"Yeah I'm fine. Just fine."
