Ch. 12

"what the hell man" Colby came in Jon let go of my arm "what are you doing" he was in Jon's face

"I was going to talk to Randy but he tried stopping me" I lied which I don't understand why I was 

Colby looked at me then him "why would you"

"because I can get him to call Dave off of me he don't want to involve me" I got closer to him I placed my hands on his chest "it's fine" I gave him a look he nodded then looked at Jon who just walked out 

Colby walked into the bathroom while he was in there I grabbed the necklace "babe I'm going to get food be back" I knocked on the door then left. I walked up to Jon's door and knocked on it Renee answered 

"hey" she smiled

"hey is Jon here" she shook her head and invited me in Jon was sitting on the bed watching TV I walked up to him and threw the necklace at him "it was pointless of me keeping it but I don't want it anymore" I turned to walk out 

"why did you" he asked again I closed my eyes then turned to face him 

I placed my hands up "It reminded me not to fall so hard for someone because in the end the promises don't mean nothing" I laughed "but I don't need it anymore" Renee stood there in shock I started to walk out of the room 

"Krissy" I heard my name being yelled for I turned around "why did you lie to him" 

I shrugged "because I'm not ready to tell him" I walked away

Colby POV

We were in the back getting ready to go out in the ring I looked over and seen Dave and Randy starring at me laughing I shook my head and walked over to them "what's so funny guys"

"funny how a girl can get you so weak" Dave laughed 

"coming from a guy who can't get a girl" I smirked he stopped laughing "we end this tonight got it"

Dave looked at Randy then back at me then walked off  

Later the night Hunter had announced we had to wait till Summerslam but till then we've been attacking them. As we walked towards the back I punched the wall "this is bullshit" I yelled 

"dude chill the story line has to build" Roman patted my back "until then keep Krystal with at all time" 

Jon POV

I understand Colby was pissed but Hunter had a point we can't have a match like this with no story line leading up to it. "until then we keep Krystal with at all time" Roman mentioned I grunted 

"she can protect her self" I yelled which is true she can defend herself, she got off work late she had to walk home due to no buses running some guy tried robbing her but she fought him off. 

Roman and Colby turned around and looked at me "she said herself Dave tried to come on her what if Randy isn't there the next time plus she was drunk and she's not very strong when she is drunk dude" Colby scolded me they both walked off as I shook my head I walked the other direction

I walked towards the catering and seen Krystal sitting there on her phone alone I looked around and sat with her 

"fuck off father" she hung up looking at me "what can I help you"

I shook my head "so I see the drinking hasn't stopped" she was bad but last I knew she was in rehab for a drinking problem 

She laughed "I have it under control why do you even care"

"because right now you have someone targeting you and you have to be alert and strong when your drunk your" I kept looking for a word "worthless" only thing that came out 

She shook her head "oh shut the fuck up" she grabbed her purse then left I followed "seriously why do you even fucking care" as we walked outside she lit a cigarette 

"I know what Dave can do and right now he's getting Hunter's permission to use you and your not going to like the way he's going to use you" I got a little closer to her "we are trying to protect you" she looked up at me with the a certain look that made me fall for her "so we need you to be aware of your surroundings" I looked down at her I placed my hands on her cheek then leaned in kissing her she didn't push me off she kissed back we back up "sorry" I said softly then walking back into the building I walked back hitting myself for kissing her. 

I walked back into the locker room and changed then made my way to catering I looked over and seen Krystal sitting on Colby's lap with her head on his shoulder I seen Renee sitting down across from them I sat down next to her "hey babe" she rubbed my arm I smiled then looked at Krystal who looked at me then back down 

She got up "ready" she looked at Colby who nodded 

"see you guys back at the hotel" he nodded grabbing her hand then walking off
