Ch. 31

Jon POV

I walked into the room where Renee was sitting on the bed crying "babe listen I can explain" I sat next to her but she placed her hand up

She wiped her tears I hated seeing her cry but I was to blame "ever since she came back into your life I noticed the change in you" she looked at me I gave her a confused look "I can tell those feelings never went away for her did they" I looked down not saying anything she stood up and grabbed her bag "I'm going to head off to the next city I'll talk to you more there" she took off. 

I sat there in my room alone it was to quiet I stood up throwing my bag across the room then walked out as I walked out I looked down the hall where Krystal's room was and of course there was Colby standing there at her door trying to get her back. I shook my head and walked the other direction I needed a drink.

Krystal POV

"ready" I looked at Colby then we walked out. I ended up calling him to do dinner to talk about us and talk about the whole Jon issue. 

We walked into this little restaurant that was open 24 hours and sat down "so please explain what happened between you and Jon I seen Renee crying while she left" he crossed his arms 

I closed my eyes looking down "2 weeks ago we ended up having sex he promised me he was leaving her but he didn't after you left I called him over and we got into a argument and I opened the door I yelled at him for the whole thing and Renee was standing there over heard everything" I looked up at him he was shaking his head 

"Krystal" he whined "dude is married"

I laughed "please don't talk to me about the whole cheating shit" I stopped him "I already feel bad" 

"if you hate being cheated on why sleep with someone who has a partner" he questioned leaning forward at this time the waitress came over  to take our order

I sat back trying to take a breather before I snapped on him I ordered my food and waited for the waitress to disappear "I fucked up okay clearly we both ain't perfect" I shot back at him 

He huffed "enough with him can we please talk about us" he took a sip of his water "do you want to work it out"

I sat there thinking I love Colby a lot I do but I'm still hurt and how could I ever trust him again I mean he did embarrass me in front of the whole locker room "are you done with Sarah" he nodded "what happened with her"

He shrugged "didn't feel right I was having guilt feelings and she wasn't feeling me" 

I laughed "so she got tired of you and I'm just the back up" I nodded "I see how I rate"

"it's not like that Krystal I was having guilty feelings she knew about it and she didn't want to stay with me because of that" he was getting aggravated   

I let out a big breath "your lucky I still love you" I smiled 

He reached over and grabbed my hands "I love you to and I promise you no more" I nodded and smiled 

Jon POV

I ended up going to the airport I needed to talk to Renee about all this it was killing me as I approached the airport I seen her sitting on the chairs reading newspapers I sat besides her "can we please talk"

She rolled her eyes "told you next stop" she didn't look at me 

"no now" I demanded 

She placed the magazine down "I can tell  you still love her and clearly she feels the same way why don't you marry her instead of me" she looked at me with this heart break look "I'm fine I kinda pushed the marriage knowing about this" she looked down "I'll file for the annulment first thing in the morning okay" I just nodded "and Jon if you want to be with her you have to get rid of Colby" she stood up grabbing her bag her plane was being called "see you tomorrow" she walked off. 

I went back to the hotel as I got to my floor I was debating on going to Krystal's or not if it was to early or not but as I was walking I noticed her and Colby standing at the door 

"I'm happy you decided to give it another shot" his hands were cupping her face she smiled then they leaned in to kiss I rolled my eyes going back to my room cleaning up the mess and give them a minute so I can talk to her with out him there. After 15 minutes I looked back out it was empty so I made my way to her room and knocked on the door 

She answered in shorts and her bra "what" she was half asleep 

"can we talk" I asked 

She moped "right now why not tomorrow" she whined I invited myself in "really" she shut the door 

"are you and Colby getting back together" I asked 

She ran her hands through her hair "yeah" 

"Renee and I are getting annulment" she stopped pacing and looked at me "we can finally be together" 

"I'm with Colby" she looked at me wide eyed 

I rolled my eyes and paced around "you don't love him and he don't even love you"

"yeah okay Jon" she laughed 

"he wouldn't have cheated on you if he loved you that damn much" I got closer to her "you can't deny you don't want this" I cupped her face and kissed her to my surprise she accepted she placed her hands over my shoulders while I picked her up and placed her against the wall "what do you say" I said in between kisses I leaned back and looked at her "ditch him" she looked down not saying anything "I'll show you" I placed her down "he ain't gonna change he's still a dog"

"Jon" she said softly 

"no this is what we both wanted and now we have the opportunity to be together let's take it" I was backed up a bit "Renee is fine with this" She laughed rolling her eyes not believing me "whatever Krystal go back to that dirt bag" I walked to the door "remember what I told her" I walked out after that I heard her grunt I knew I got to her.
