SpongeBob X Reader 2 (The sequel)

I've missed you..

Mr.Krabs flung his office door wide open. He didn't look like he was in a good mood but SpongeBob cheerfully greeted him with a
"Hey Mr. K."

"Boy, you gotta start making them patties for me hungry customers. If your slacking then I'm not making any money!" Mr Krabs scowled until he looked in my direction and squinted.
"Hey SpongeBob, haven't I seen her before...she seems..familiar."

"Oh that's because she came to bikini bottom 2 years ago on vacation." SpongeBob filled in.

"Oh I remember now. That's yer girlfriend, SpongeBob.." Mr Krabs replied as I chirpily waited for SpongeBob's response.

"Mr Krabs..she's not my girlfriend but my really good friend." SpongeBob said I looked down sadly.

"Heh hi Mr. Krabs" I quietly spoke still slightly upset.

"Hey there fair lass!" Mr Krabs greeted me all suddenly cheery.
"SpongeBob get this ma'am her order pronto! We don't want to be calling the yeti krab again.." Mr Krabs yelled out to SpongeBob who was preparing both mine and Patrick's order.

"YES MR KRABS! We don't want that happening again..I'm on it!" He yelled out before seconds slamming the kitchen door open and serving our meals.

SpongeBob approached me with my order and delicately placed it upon my table.
"Lady's first! Enjoy!" SpongeBob said before he ran back into the kitchen only to pull out a wagon full of Krabby patty deluxes. I watched as he struggled to pull all 20 of Patrick's patties on the wagon.
"Here ya go Pat! Here's your er- 20 krabby patties" SpongeBob giggled as he served the patties to his best friend.

"OH BOY! Good thing I had a light breakfast of some beef, chicken and pizza" Patrick announced before devouring the stack of burgers in seconds.

I looked as both SpongeBob and Patrick laughed and sighed as I bit the last bit of the patty. I did miss his company despite him being only in the same location as me. I didn't want to seem clingy but I couldn't help but break their bond- subtly of course...

"Hey SpongeBob..don't you think we should get going and say hi to Sandy." I said trying to seem optimistic.

"Actually we don't have to" SpongeBob smirked

"But why? I though that we were gonna see Sandy after eating here?" I said all confused

"Hehe just close your eyes" SpongeBob smiled as he put his hands over my eyes.
I giggled, partly because I was happy that SpongeBob was touching my face and partly because I love surprises.

"3,2,1..you can open your eyes!" SpongeBob yelled joyfully.

I opened my eyes. But....everything looked the same as before.

That was when Sandy jumped out from behind SpongeBob!

"Oh my God!" I yelled as Sandy run to me with open arms.

"Howdy partner! It's been so long!" Sandy smiled as she looked at my face.

I slightly began to tear up. It had been so long! I couldn't help but shed a few tears.

"Are ya crying?" Sandy asked confused

"I'm alright! I just missed you so much! I'm just so joyful to see you again!" I smiled as I wiped the last of my tears away!

"Aww shucks! That's so darn sweet of ya! Here I got ya something..hope you like it!" Sandy handed me a jar.

I opened the lid and a waft of nut and butter filled my nostrils.
"It's my famous Nutty butter! It was a big hit while you were back in good ol' dry land" Sandy said proudly!

I looked at SpongeBob to see his usual happy face. Instead SpongeBob looked worried and whispered to Sandy.
"SANDY! I thought you took the Shaman's words an stopped destroying your tr-"

"There there SpongeBob! Quit worrying! I did take the Shaman's words and ordered of large delivery of fresh soil and fertiliser from Texas!" Sandy explained.

"Phew! I thought we had to go through your 'Nutmare' all over again!" SpongeBob relaxed and turned towards me.
"You're gonna love it! It's almost as good as a Krabby Patty and that says something!"

I took a bite of the butter and smiled!
"Mmmm that was great! Best butter I've ever eaten! Thank you Sandy!" I thanked and I once again embraced Sandy.

"This calls for a celebration! How about free reunion patties for all!" Mr.Krabs yelled excitedly!

"HOORAY!" Exclaimed everybody!

"Excluding the free part with a fee! Hehe"

"Aww" sighed everyone except SpongeBob!

"Hey! How's bout everybody comes over to my place for a party to honour our guest and amazing friends return" SpongeBob announced as he lead me and the rest back to his pineapple.

SpongeBob's words ran through my mind once again..
"Amazing friend.. "

I guess being SpongeBob's close friend is good enough.
