So you want clean hands? Easy! Just read in and follow my instructions step by step!

1) wash them good in soap and water for 30-45 seconds total

2) dab them dry with paper towel or a clean cloth.

3) clip your nails using a nail clipper if you feel you need to. (I keep my nails short so dirty, clay and stuff don't get under them.)

ADVANCED 😜

•cream your hands after you wash them. Also carry small pocket size hand cream with you in case they get dry.

•once in a while, apply a clear nail polish onto your nails. This will give your nails a shine.

•carry hand sanitizer. Don't use I much, or it will dry out your hands.

•file your nails with a nail filer so they're smoothly cut.

•get a nail scrub and scrub under your nails

•exfoliate your hands using 2 table spoons of Epsom salts. Rinse your hands first, then grab a some of the salts and gently rub your hands together like how you would with soap.
