Smoothie Recpies🍌🍓

You guys are going to learn how to make smoothies! They're a great cold drink for a hot day and a fantastic way to start your morning.
Lets get started!
(we'll be making fruit and berry smoothies)

You will need:
•a blender
Or
•a magic bullet
Or
•just something that blends things up
and
•Frozen fruit/berries and ice.

-use this for all the recipes and you will be successful ;)

Very Berry Smoothie

You will need:

• 1 or 1/2 cup of mixed berries

• 1-1/2 cup of any kind of milk

•yogurt-plain or vanilla.

Raspberry Smoothie

You will need:

• 1-1/2 cup of raspberries

•1-1/2 cup of any kind of milk (not almond milk!)

•plain or vanilla yogurt

Blueberry Smoothie

You will need:

•1-1/2 cup of blueberries

•any kind of milk (not almond)

•plain or vanilla yogurt
___________________

Strawberry Smoothie

You will need:

•1-1/2 cup of chopped strawberries

• any kind of milk

•plain or vanilla yogurt

Peach Smoothie

You will need:

• 1-3 large peaches

•any kind of milk

•plain or vanilla yogurt

Banana Smoothie

You will need :

• 1 banana

• 1/2 cup of cows milk

•plain or vanilla yogurt

Extra information:

• Flax
-protein powder
- that green mix drink
And
-hemp seeds
Go well with any smoothie you make!

•if your smoothie isn't cold enough for you, than add ice to it.
-suggestion. Taste your smoothie while its in the blender (not blending) before you pour it into a cup. If you do this, you can put ice in the cup you would be putting your smoothie in, rather than having your ice floating at the top.

*even better if you shave the ice or chop it up in the blender with your smoothie*

;) don't forget to blend everything up until its nice and smooth;)

! Protein powder makes your smoothies nice and thick!

<adding 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla essence to your smoothie is gold!>

~for milk, I use coconut or cows milk. Coconut milk is low calorie and has a smooth delicate taste to it~
