How to Fall asleep faster

These are just a few tips.

* get rid of any kind of lights near you

*make sure your room is a good tempratue - not to hot, not to cold

* breath and turn off your wifi or keep your phone at least 5 feet away from you because the wifi and electronic waves effect your sleep

*wear loose clothing. geet comfy ;)

* dont eat before you go to bed, its horrible to sleep on a full stomach
