Loosing Weight:

I can't say that I have ever wanted to loose weight in a healthy way, but studies say that 95% of loosing weight depends on what you eat. You also have to be mental ready. Check your sugar grams in your Nutrition Facts for the serving of the product, then look at your Fiber.
So for example you have 12 sugar grams and 4 Fiber grams.

What you do is subtract the two, because fiber beats up sugar. Sugar turns into fat. So you really only have 8 grams of sugar.

But wait. That not all. Avoid foods with, or more than 10 sugar grams. Again, sugar turns into fat cells you don't need. Just like how carbs (Carbohydrates) break down into sugar that your body doesn't need.

I would throw out all the boxed food, (except spices, healthy crackers, baking products)
and put in healthier brands like organic brands or all natural or just brands that have ingredients you can pronounce.
The ingredients that come first, are the most used ingredients in the product.

Now that you kind of got a glimpse of what I'm talking about. We can get started:)

1) think about it and learn to love yourself, as you do for others.

2)throw out all the junk food/ or just don't eat it until it expires.

3) Have support. Tell your friend, mom, dad, gramma , grandpa, teacher etc. they will support you.

4) get healthy foods like fruits , veggies and lean meats like chicken and lamb. Avoid fatty meats like cow (beef) or pig (pork)

5)don't fall for those weight loss food brands. They're just as bad. They put skinny people on commercial because they want you to think that you will look like that. But really everyone has a different body type.

6) find whole foods you like.
(Ill write a chapter about this too)

7) get at least 30min of exercise a day.

Fruits and veggies have good sugars but some Fruits have to many.

Some good fruits are

•apples
-green
-red
-yellow

•apples are filling. They are also great with cheese. they have a good amount of fiber and those good sugars you want.•

•berries
-strawberry
-blueberry
-raspberry
-blackberry

•berries have lots of fiber, and minimal sugar content, blend with almond or coconut milk makes a great smoothie•

•citrus fruits
-lemon
-lime
-grape fruit
-orange

•citrus fruits have lots of sugar but lost of vitamins too•

•Melons
-water melons
-melons
-cantaloupe

•melons are very good for you, they have lots of water and little sugar.they are also very yummy:)•

All veggies are good for you. But here are a few that I like.

•red peppers with a ranch dip

•asparagus

•broccoli

•beans

•cooked carrots

•onions

•potatoes
*not to good for you, lots of starch. Sweet potatoes (a.K.a Yam.are better for you. They have less starch*

•kale.

•celery with cream cheese

•little tomatoes with dip

You need protein too:)

Chicken

Eggs

Lamb

Cheese.

If you don't have any if those foods at home, than maybe go to a relatives house and eat there, or if you have a good friend than ask if you can go eat at their house.:)

Also, cutting out wheat and Dairy will also help you loose weight faster and will make your skin smoother. Try it for 8 days and keep a log on how you feel:)
