Chapter 4

We weren't all going to fit into the car so Tristan drove with Connor while James, Brad, Jake and I walked. It was only a 10 minute walk to the beach, we only brought the car with encase we all got really tired. We also forgot the car seat for Jake so he won't be allowed in the car, if worst came to worst we would carry him home.

Like before James walked with Jake and Brad and I were walking behind. We have become really close the last two days, it seems like we have known each other for years. To be honest it feels like I have known all the boys for years, they are like brothers to me and Jake. I feel like they would do anything for us!

I took my phone out of my pocket and took a photo of Jake and James, posting it onto twitter.

I put my phone back into my pocket and it buzzed, getting it out, I had loads of notifications coming through. My followers were going crazy! I looked over to Brad with a worried look on my face, he looked at me and started to laugh.

@Thevampsbrad- Spending the day with @LottieSharp and the boys can't wait!

"Gosh Brad, my phone is going mental because of you!" I said being to panic,

"Here let me sort it out." He said taking my phone.

"Problem solved!" He replied handing it back to me seconds later.

I then received a text from Lily

OMG Lottie your twitter is going crazy!

I replied back to her,

I know it's all Brad's fault! X

Brad? Is there something you're not telling me! :O x

I hadn't told Lily about Brad yet!

He's a friend I have made down here I'll explain tonight. :) You need to come down me and Jake miss you L xx

I put my phone away and caught up to Brad, who had walked on ahead.

"Where did you go." I mocked.

"Very funny!" he said, lightly punching my arm.

"Hey! You're not my favourite anymore!" I sulked sticking my bottom lip out and crossing my arms!

"Oh so I was your favourite eyy! But I see how it is, Jake was my favourite anyway!" Brad winked,

"Ahh stop!" I said trying to hold in my laugh,

We were now coming up to the beach. Tristan and Connor had found James and Jake and were waiting for us to catch up.

"You alright Jake?" I asked, he was getting super excited about the beach, jumping around making funny noises!

"Right, you all ready?" Connor asked.

"Can you just give me and Jake 2 minutes? We'll meet you down there in a bit." I said, to the boys as they began to walk off ahead.

"Right, Jake you're going to be a good boy aren't you, and you'll listen to us all, and do what we say." I said to him, in a serious tone.

"YES!" He cheered excitedly.

"Good job!" I said placing my hand out for a high 5.

"If you are really good, we may even get you a toy to play with, when we come to the beach again. Would you like that?" I said while walking through that warm sand,

We soon caught up to the boy, Jake began to run on ahead, probably towards a ball he could see in the distance!

"Jake, don't go near the water" I shouted,

James and Connor began to run off after him.

"You alright back there?" Brad whispered while I laid my towel out to sit on,

"Yeah, I'm fine. I just wanted him to know that he had to listen to us all today. I don't want to be calling mum saying that we lost him!" I laughed.

It was a hot day, the sun was shining with no cloud in sight, and it was around 24˚c,

"Jake, come here - we need to put your trunks on and sun cream," I shouted,

James, Connor and Jake came running back, I pulled off Jakes T-Shirt and began to pull down his shorts,

"Hold on tight we don't want you falling over," I said as I begun to take off his shorts,

"Wait, we don't want everyone seeing your bottom!" Brad joked, to Jake while holding a towel around him, I took his shorts off and put on his swimming trunks,

"Right there you go. Do you want to come and get a bucket and spade?" I asked him while taking my top off,

"Yeahhh!, bue bue bue." He chanted,

I took his hand and started to walk towards the beach hut, "Does any of you want a drink or anything?" I asked,

"I'll have a twister!" Tristan shouted

"Ooh a 99 with 2 flakes!" James squealed

"I would like a 99 too please." Connor said,

"I'll come and give you both a hand," Brad offered.

We walked up to the beach hut first, were Jake chose what bucket and spade he wanted. He ended up getting a blue bucket and a green spade, once we paid for it we went to the ice cream van.

"Hello, please can we have 2 twisters, 1 99's with 2 flakes,"

"Sorry make that 2 99's with 2 flakes." Brad butted in,

"A 99's with 1 flake, and a bottle of water please." I said,

"That was be £9.50 please." The ice cream man said,

As I went to get my money from my purse, Brad had already gave the man £10.

"Hey! I was paying for that!" I said.

"1 for Jake and 1 for Tristan" I said placing the 2 sealed twisters into Jake's bucket.

Jake ran off ahead giving one of the Twisters to Tristan and sat down taking his Twister out of his bucket, waiting patiently for me to open it for him.

I gave James his ice cream and opened Jake's Twister.

"Be careful. Make sure you don't drop it." I said handing Jake his Twister.

Within a few minutes all the ice creams had been demolished.
