Lola didn't think much about boyfriends or silly things like that. Sure she had kissed a few boys, and even a few girls, but boyfriends? Not something Lola was looking for. All she needed was her family and Eden, her unofficial sister. She didn't want to commit or fall in love, but one look into Paul Lahote's eyes changed everything.
Paul didn't want an imprint. The idea of being bound to one person forever against his will didn't sit right with him. He saw what imprinting did to Leah, Sam, and Emily and he prayed he wouldn't get an imprint. And then he looked into Lola's eyes and his whole world was flipped upside down.
