Okay so why I think she is the master mind is she had those little clips of Monokuma in her hair, but when she was accepted into Hope's Peak Academy, she had no clue what was going on, or so we thought. When she was "killed" by Monokuma, it seemed strange to me that he violated his own regulations, "If one kills a student, a class trial will be held and the blackened will be executed." So that means he automatically loses the killing game.
