Y/n POV
Today is the day, I graduate from college.

I finally graduate from college with a Bachelors in Science. I've waited 4 years to get this. And the person that was with me the whole way? My boyfriend; Shawn.

I wake up in our now shared condo. I stretch my whole body glancing at the clock reading 7:05am

Now that I live with the love of my life and went to college for 4 years I adapted to wake up early.
Either it was going with Shawn to the gym or going to my early morning class.

I glance over to the other side; Shawn looking at me in awe
"Good morning graduate"
He says while kissing my nose

"Oh my god stop!" I say with my face in my hands

He pulls me closer to his chest and kisses me
"Just a heads up-" I look up at him
"I'm going to scream your name when they call it!!"
I laugh and kiss his chest

"Please don't. Shawn there will literally be like thousands of people! No please!" I plead to him and he shakes his head no

Shawn and I lay in bed for what feels like hours and I finally decide to get up; seeing Shawn meet me to the edge of the bed

"I have a present" I look at him confused and he pulls behind his back a long box and I shake my head

"You know I hate surprises" I grab the box and start to inbox it

"You'll love it...I hope!" He nervously chuckles

I finally look at it and see a dainty heart shaped pendent

My mouth goes flys open and my hands covers it.
I start to feel tears come to my eyes and Shawn takes my chin and lifts it up

"You okay?" I shake my head and fall into his chest

"I love it, and I love you." He takes my head out of my chest and looks at me lovingly

He takes the necklace out of its placement and I slowly turn around moving my hair out of the way.
He places the necklace on my neck and I let my hair fall on my shoulder and he kisses my shoulder over and over again.

"So. Proud. Of. You" saying in between his kisses

I turn around and put my arms around his neck and kiss his lips passionately "you have to get ready. My mum and dad are taking you out" I groan at him

"Babe it's nothing serious. I'm just graduating college!" I throw my hands in the air

"YEAH COLLEGE! That's a big deal babe! Come on y/n it's just dinner!"

I laugh at him and go to brush my teeth when Shawn pats my bum gently
I look back at him and he throws his hands up and looks around like he didn't do it.

Finally I'm getting ready putting my makeup on in my Victoria secret robe and my hair already curled but having clips in them to keep them in place.

As I'm applying my primer when Shawn strolls in and looks shocked
"Oh my god babe you look so good!"

I laugh at him "I haven't even started!" I looks at me in disbelief
"Hey since your here can you soak this" handing him my beauty blender

After Shawn coming back with the now damp blender I start to do my makeup.
I was going for a simple yet effortless look.
