Happiness is getting a job when you really need money. Just as I surprise my Mom by revealing that I got a job, she attacks me with a big hug, making us almost loose our footing and fall down.

She then shows me the dress she's working on. To say that it looks pretty is a complete and utter understatement. It looks like a princess dress, the dress that makes me envy the soon-to-be-owner of it. Giving an encouraging smile to my Mom I embrace her, patting her back.

If you didn't get it yet my Mom was-is a widely known designer; Casandra Connor. Im in love with her perfect name, the whole world was too, once upon a time. Things were so good back then, and my Mom was a total different person. A better, confident, secure and strong person.

Which changed two years ago and she was never the same.

Mom pulls back, her eyes shining with something I am able to see after a huge portion of time. Her eyes shine happily, with joy. "Mom it's lovely. I kind of envy its owner now!" I state the truth, admiring the dress and trying to take my mind off its beauty.

The door bell rings startling the both of us. "I'll go get it," I skip on my way to the door and open it to see a smiling Tyler with Emily hanging on his back. Emily has her chin rested on Tyler's right shoulder as she smiles wildly at me. "Hello Coco!"

I open the door wide enough for them to enter inside as I put a welcoming smile on my own face. "Hello guys! Mom see who's here!" I exclaim making my way towards Mom. Her eyes scan both of them before she smiles widely at them.

"You might be Tyler and Emily that Coco keeps mentioning." Mom says as she comes outside of her studio after closing the door.

"Yes, I'm Tyler and it's my sister Emily. It's nice to meet you Mrs.-" Tyler stops abruptly when I shake my head, telling him to not say what he was about to. "It's nice to meet you, Coco's Mom." He corrects himself as he adds.

Mom turns around, making me flinch at the fact that she is reminded of my Dad. Tyler realizes that he has done something wrong when I show him my glare. He seizes the chance to crack a joke and walks before my Mom. "Uh, Coco's Mom! I have a question for you! Why does Obama drink water?"

The hurtful expression from Mom's face is replaced by a confused one which slowly changes into an amused one. That only means she's forgetting about the pain that just made her eyes tear up a moment ago. "Maybe because... he likes it?" Mom suggests, her eyebrows rising. I myself start to think for an answer, agreeing with Mom's fluke.

"Nope!" Tyler shakes his head, wiggling his eyebrows.

"Or it could be that he hates juices and soft-drinks and all the other stuff?" I try to answer him but he smirks in return making me aware that I am wrong.

"Can I tell? Can I tell? Please, Teddy?" Emily's little voice speaks from behind his shoulder making us turn towards her. It's clear through her excitement that her brother had already played that joke with a million people. Tyler gives her the indication after which she opens her mouth to answer us.

"Wait! I got this! Obama drinks water because he's thirsty. Because he does a lot of work, you know? Obama drinks water because of thirst!" Tyler starts to laugh, making a clicking sound with his tongue telling us that we're wrong again.
