Chapter 9 (Let's settle this!)

'What happened?' I asked

'You accidentally got hit in the nose by Ryan' Grace explained

'Oh, that explains everything' I said sarcastically

'I'm sorry Savanna. I wasn't aiming for you' Ryan apologised

'It's alright, I know you didn't...hold that thought. Why were you fighting in the first place?!' I asked

'It's nothing' Ryan said

'Just tell her, she'll figure out anyway!' Grace demanded

'I wanted to get Ryan back for kissing you!' Anthony said giving Ryan dirt

'Anthony! That was unnecessary. Isn't he punished enough by me not talking to him and by being almost ignored by everyone. I think that, that's too much!' I said

'I'm sorry Savanna' Anthony said

'Me too' Ryan added

'You've got to get home Savanna. You've been unconscious for at least two hours. You better get home.' Grace said

'She said that the impact of the hit led you to sleep and nothing other than that's your nose is okay and it was just a simple nose bleed' Ryan explained

'Want me to bring you home?' Anthony suggested

'That would be great but I think I'll just call dad' I answered

This week needs to end and fast. Even though me and Anthony are back together, I still can't stand Natasha and the 'Circle of Vanessa'. They call me names, pick on me and spread rumours about me. I mean, why would they do that? Pathetic, lonely, liar, mean!

It's finally Wednesday, 2 more days before the week ends. I can't stand Vanessa and Natasha. This is one of our encounters:

'Hey tramp!' Natasha called

'What do you want and stop calling me a "tramp" I didn't cheat on Anthony!' I answered

'Of course you didn't, that's what every cheater would say!' Vanessa shouted

I continued on walking then they shouted 'Bye tramp' then started laughing

I can't believe how evil they are, but I won't let them boss me around. I'll give them a taste of their own medicine. I walk up to the gym hopefully to see them but they weren't there. I check every hall but still no sign of them. Finally when I gave up, I saw them approaching me.

'What's up tramp?' Vanessa asked

'I'm not a tramp.......' I said then they started laughing 'you are!'

They stopped laughing then they looked at me 'What did you call me?' Vanessa asked

'That's right, you lot are tramps!' I shouted

'Ugh, how dare you. We're not the ones kissing our boyfriends behind their back' Allison said laughing

'Yes, because apparently you can't get a boyfriend because you freak boys out. You obsessive freak!' I shouted

They gasped and Janice had to take over 'Shut up, how dare you speak back to us!'

'Why shouldn't I, when I know the truth and I won't shut up until you shut up' I said back

'We like created you, were the reason that people know you, WE OWN YOU!' Vanessa explained

'Nobody owns me, especially not you and your group.' I answered back

'This is not the end of this, Nicholas' Samantha warned

'This is the end of everything! Clark' I answered

They got so irritated that they left. I know what I did was wrong but I had to stand up for myself, but I wasn't like that before.

It's finally Friday. I was walking with Anthony when I bumped into the 'Circle of Vanessa'. I sighed and Anthony held my hand tighter.

'Hey tramp!' Vanessa said then they started to laugh

'Stop calling my girlfriend a tramp, she's not. You are!' Anthony answered back

'Just ignore them. It will be fine' I smiled at Anthony

'Aww, that's so cute. You're trying to look out for each other' Nica said with a pitiful tone

'Whatever' I said 'Come on, let's go'

'Whatever' Janice said mocking me

'Come on let's go' Nica said laughing and mocking me

'Ugh! Get a life!' I said angrily

'You know what, that was just over-the-line' Vanessa said giving me dirty looks

'Oh yeah! And you think that what you're doing to Savanna is alright?!' Anthony took over

'We have no time for your shenanigans' I added

'Oh yeah well you-' Samantha was going to finish but she was cut off by Allison

'We have no time for them, hurry up! TAYLOR IS GOING TO PLAY IN A SECOND!' She shouted

'This is not the end' Samantha said giving me the dirts

'You know what, meet us in the park later if you're brave enough' Vanessa warned, then they left.

Me and Anthony continued on walking, he was still holding my hand.

'Are you actually going to meet up with them?' Anthony asked

'No' A lie that slipped through my mouth. 

I know Anthony wouldn't let me go so I lied about it but I want to face those girls. 

The school is finally finished and I have to go to the park to meet with the 'Circle of Vanessa'. I have better things to do but I want to settle this first. I was going to go out with Anthony and Grace but, here I am now. Standing in a park, not sure if those girls are actually going to show up. After waiting, they finally showed up.

'Good thing you showed up Nicholas!' Samantha called

'Why shouldn't I?' I asked

'You're one though rose!' Janice said

'Of course I am' I answered back

'You know what, I don't like fighting' Vanessa said, everyone looked at her and gasped

'What?!' Nica exclaimed

'Vanessa?!' Allison called

'Huh?!' Janice asked

'Yes, we don't like to fight' Natasha called from the back

'Is this some kind of joke?' I asked

'No, sweetie' Vanessa said coming near me 'We were just testing you, you know we can't do this to you'

'Of course we can't, you seem like a nice girl. Why won't we give you a try?' Natasha added

'What?!' I asked out of confusion

Vanessa and Natasha came near me then hugged me. 

'Let's settle this' Vanessa and Natasha said simultaneously

I'm not sure if I should agree with them because they are actually being nice to me or they are just pulling a joke on me. But my mind is telling me not to trust them. I've got to know what they are up to.
