Bellamy not only cheated on you, but also slapped you once during an argument. You broke up with him after that incident.
When he got to your house to talk with you, your brother told him to never come back.

Jasper
Jasper was too focused on himself and his pity. He was drinking all days, not spending time with you, not being there when you needed him.
When he told your brother about the reason of your break up he wasn't surprised.
