Chapter 13: Perfect Guy

Xander's POV:
Tonight's the dance! I can't wait! That's why I'm gonna make a good impression. The problem is I don't know how to dance. And that's why I'm gonna ask Emma. I saw her by the campfire so I went up to her.

Me: Hey Emma. Can I ask you a favor?
Emma: Sure. What is it?
Me: Can you teach me how to dance?
Emma: Why?
Me: It's the Kikiwaka Dance so I wanna make a good impression.
Emma: Ok. So first, hold your partner's hand.
*She holds my hand*
Me: Ok.
Emma: Then take 3 steps to the right and 3 steps to the left.
Me: Ok.
Emma: And then just keep dancing.
Me: Oh thanks Emma!
Emma: No problem:
Me: See you at the dance then.
Emma: See you!

I finally know how to dance! Now I need to work out.

Emma's POV:
I taught Xander how to dance today since he wanted to make a good impression for later. I really want him to be my partner but too bad he has a girlfriend. I talked to Lou instead.

Me: Hey Lou.
Lou: Hey Emma! Why the long face?
Me: It's just that I really want Xander to be my partner.
Lou: Then be his partner.
Me: But I can't cause she has girlfriend.
Lou: Emma, they broke up yesterday.
Me: Really why?
Lou: He likes someone else.

Then I saw a lot of girls going to him by the campfire because of his muscles. He must've worked out a lot.
After the crowd of girls went after him, he came up to me.
Xander: Hey Emma! Hey Lou!
Me: Hi Xander! What are you doing here?
Xander: Just wanted to talk to you guys.
Me: Ok.
Xander: See ya guys later.
Me: See ya!

I think I found the perfect guy for me.
